After the funeral for Tony Russo's hitman, and the hitman's girlfriend, all hell broke loose. There was a murder every night. Tony Russo started a gang war between hisself, Allen, and Victor. We knew what was going on but we couldn't find these guys. Me and Sam interrogated everybody we arrested but nobody would talk. No matter what we threaten them with, nobody would talk. The Clarksville police department was losing control of the city.

While all of the chaos was going on in the streets, we still had a serial killer on the loose. A guy who was supposedly stabbed nine times by his father and mother. I decided to pay a visit to the mom and father in the Clarksville Mental Institution. I was so stressed out at that point I just wanted some kind of lead on this case, hopefully they give me any answers.

I arrived at the institution. Every time I go there I always ask the question

"why aren't these people getting any better?"

We have the best psychologist money can buy here working with these people but they seem to get worse and worse by the day. That never made sense to me.

Every time I came to the mental institution, I say hello to the man, the greatest psychologist in the world Doctor Nathan Leo. I loved that man! He helped me out so much when I first got on the police force. He helped me out when I shot my first suspect. That really messed me up. Killing or just simply shooting another human being is so surreal and it really messes with your mind. Thank god for Nathan cause without his help I would have went insane and been depressed for a very long time.

"Hello Doctor." I said to Nathan. He looked at me and a bright smile begun to show onto his face.
"Hello my darling, how are you?" He asked. "Are you here for police business?"
"I'm fine, beside being on this weird case. Can I have a talk with the parents of Damon Rosemary?" I asked. His eyes went big. Seemed like that question caught him off guard.

"May, I ask why?" He asked.
"Really can't give details. There's a ongoing investigation and I would like to talk to them to see if they can give me any answers." I answered. He looked at me, and looked down at the clipboard he was holding. It seemed like it took him FOREVER just to answer me. If he wanted to say no, he could've just say no.

"Sure, right this way." He said after which felt like an eternity. That place was huge! That's where all of our tax money goes to. The place was spotless, not a spot of dirt anywhere.

I noticed when Nathan came into a room where a patient or patients were located, the patients would stop what they were doing. Back then, I thought they all respected him, but hindsight being 20/20 I realize now that the patients feared him. Back then, I loved the way he commanded their respect, but it still didn't make sense to me why they wouldn't get better.

"Here we are." Nathan said as we entered a room. A room with a glass separating us from another side. The side where the patients would come out of. "Stay right here, the mother will be out in just a second."

"Quick question before. Unceal Crow, he disappeared after his parents died. Have you seen him? I thought he would come by here, maybe get some help from you." I asked him. That name seemed to hit a nerve. Never really noticed it back then but looking back the name Unceal really bothered him.

"Uh no, haven't seen him since his parents were alive." He answered. "It's a shame to what happened to him and his parents. I hope he is alright." He rushed out the room. Nathan really seemed to be in a rush.
