•4 years later• •Malia's P.O.V•
I can't believe I am graduating high school tomorrow.
So much has happened in the last four years. After the trial, the twins and I continued our lives.
Ella and Josh are still my best friends. We had so many adventures together. Liam and I have been dating since Freshman year.
I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a knock on my door.
"Come in." I say.
"Hey, are you ready to go pick up Mom and Cam?" Ethan said.
"Yea, lets go." I say getting up.
The twins and I arrived at the airport and we were looking for Mom and Cameron. I haven't seen them in so long.
"I think I see them over there." I say pointing near one of the gates.
They see us and start coming over.
"Hey mom! Hey Cam!" We all yell.
"Hey guys!" They say.
We head back to the house and we spent some time together. Eventually it was time for bed.
"Malia! Malia! Wake up!" Ethan and Grayson yelled.
"Whaattttt!" I say half asleep.
"You got mail from UCLA!" Gray said.
"WHAT. LEMME SEE!!" I jump up frantically.
I applied to a bunch of colleges, but I really wanted to go to UCLA. I slowly opened it, but then I stopped.
"What if I don't get in?" I say nervous.
"You will. You are so smart how could they not accept you. Now go on and open it honey." Mom said.
I took a deep breath and opened the envelope. I read it out loud.
"Dear Malia Dolan, it is with great pleasure to inform you that you have been accepted for admission to the University of California, Los Angeles....." I said out loud
"OH MY GOSH!! I GOT ACCEPTED!!" I said jumping up and down.
"I'M SO PROUD OF YOU!" Gray said.
We all celebrated. Ella, Josh, Liam, and I applied to the same colleges and I hope they got in to UCLA.
A few hours later we all got ready for my graduation. Once everyone was finished. We headed to the school.
When we arrived Grayson, Ethan, Emma, Cameron, and Mom went to go sit down. While I went to go find Ella, Josh, and Liam.
"Hey guys!" I said.
"Hey Malia." They all said.
"Can you believe we are all graduating." Liam asked.
"It's so weird. High school went by so fast." Ella said.
"Oh I almost forgot. Did you guys get any letters from colleges?" I asked.
"Yea we did! Josh and I got accepted to UCLA." Ella said.
"I also got accepted to UCLA. What about you Malia?" Liam asked.
"I got accepted there too!!" I said in excitement.
"This is so cool! We will all still be together." I said while bringing them in for a hug.
We were talking for another 10 minutes. Then it was time for the assembly. The principal was announcing the names.
"Ella Jones...."
I cheered for Ella as she went up on the stage and got her diploma. After Ella he called up Josh. Then a few other names then it was me.
"Malia Dolan...."
I walked up to the stage and I could hear Ethan and Grayson yelling their heads off. I slightly waved at them. After me the principal called Liam's name. I cheered for him.
After the assembly there was a lot of photos. Mom made me take so many.
A little while later we all headed home.
•End of Summer Break• •Malia's P.O.V•
This summer was the best. The twins and I have been going to the beach almost every day. And I have been hanging out with Ella, Josh, and Liam almost everyday.
But now summer is almost over. I decided to keep living with the twins. Since the college wasn't too far.
When I look back on my life I realize that I am so lucky. When I was with my mother i thought I was never going to get to go to school let alone college. When Grayson found me and took me to the hospital.. I thought maybe I have a chance after all.
Through everything that has happened to me I say that I wouldn't change anything. Everything that has happened to me, made me who I am.
When you feel like nothing is going to get better, just remember that it will. You just have to have.......Hope.
