It was the 4th of July and the whole group was swimming at the creek, drinking beer and shots of whiskey. Rebel, Mack, Remington, and Diesel had all brought super slutty looking girls with them. We were all pretty tipsy when the fireworks started. I sat on Luke's lap staring up at the sky.
Luke and I had been together for two weeks. If he wasn't working we were usually hanging out with our group at the swimming hole or somewhere alone together. Our alone time was spent giving each other orgasms. I still only gave him hand jobs but I did let him touch me over my panties now instead of just over my shorts. I wasn't ready for anything else no matter how many times he asked or how angry he got.
"Let's play eleven minutes in heaven." Ryan suggested.
"It's seven minutes and that sounds lame as fuck, man." Luke told him and took a long pole off the bottle.
"You only wanna play cause you ain't got a girl to fuck tonight." His twin teased him.
"Seven minutes ain't enough time to do anything worth while. Ya'll are just scared I'll steal your girls." Ryan said and smirked knowing that would get under the guys skin.
"Fine, I'm down if everyone else is." Luke said.
Everyone else nodded and Diesel finished the bottle, "Looks like I go first." He said. He set the bottle down and gave it a spin. It landed on Heidi, the girl he had brought with him.
"Lucky me," She said. They stood up and walked off into the woods somewhere.
"I'll go." Luke said and I looked at him surprised that he really wanted to play this when I was right here. He spun the bottle and it landed on Heather, Mack's girl, who had way too much tacky bright red lipstick on. Heather stood up and winked at Luke. He leaned over and kissed me, "Be right back, babe." They walked off into the dark.
Rebel spun and it landed on Ryan. "Not fuckin fair." Ryan shouted.
"Come on lover boy." Rebel pulled Ryan up and they went and sat at the picnic table and shared a joint.
Mack spun and got Marley.
Remington spun and got Rebel's girl, Leann.
Grant spun and got me.
Chris ended up with Remington's girl, Erica, by default.
We all went our separate ways in the woods.
Grant put his flannel on the ground for me to sit on then sat down beside me.
"I'm not gonna cheat on Luke." I said quickly hoping he would understand and wouldn't pressure me.
"I wouldn't ask ya to. I know you'd never do that to someone, Ash." He told me and I let out a sigh of relief.
"Did you like the fireworks?" I asked him trying to change the subject.
"They were alright, they're always the same every year here. Right before my mama left, my daddy took us all to Mobile Bay for the Fourth of July. Best fireworks I ever seen. I dunno if it's cause that's one of the last memories I have with her or they were just that good but I'll never forget em."
"What happened to your mom?"
"She didn't wanna put up with daddy's drinkin' anymore and I guess she couldn't afford to take us with her, or maybe she just didn't want to. We woke up one morning and she had packed her things and left. She didn't leave a note, she just left. None of us have heard from her since."
"I'm sorry, Grant, that's awful."
"Nah, I'm over it, my little sister took it a lot harder. She was only three and it was real hard for her to understand. It's still hard for her, I basically had to raise her myself cause of daddy's drinkin. She's 15 now and I taught her from a young age how to hold her own, so she can manage."
