3rd March
2.45 p.m.I ran over to the three of them, watching them cry out for me to help them through their gags. I was kind of mad they wanted me to help rather than telling myself to save myself but whatever.
I didn't have anything to cut the rope that cuffed them to the ground, and the knots were too tight to untangle.
"Don't worry! I'll get you out of here!" I cried out as I tried desperately to untie the knotted rope. I grimaced in pain as some of the rope sliced my palm.
I pulled back to see scarlet on my palm, the blood dripping down to my arm, down to my elbow. I hissed as I touched the cut.
"I would recommend you to stop, but this is way more interesting, watching you." I heard a voice from behind me. I turned and gasped.
The man standing in front of me was literally my age. I am not even kidding. He was around seventeen as well, though the suit he was wearing made him look older. His blonde hair was ruffled and he smirked at me, like I was his next prey.
He also had a weird accent, sort of a Nordic accent? He was undeniably attractive, but I shouldn't keep looking.
He smirked at me, his hands behind as back, looking me up and down. I suddenly felt self-conscious, and I looked down.
"I'm turning myself in, you can let the three of them go." I nodded at the guy, and he chuckled.
No, no, no. I have a boyfriend.
"I'm sorry, sweetheart, but I can't do that. The three of them have seen our faces, up close. Leaving them be would put a huge risk on us if they ever decide to," He breathed in, "tell the police."
"They won't! They won't, I swear. Just let them go!" I looked over at Audrey, who nodded vigorously.
"Well, that's too bad. The timer on the bomb is set for ten minutes, which means, either you stay here and die with them, or you follow us."
So the contraption was a bomb. Lucky me.
"And what happens if I want to stay?" I put my hands on my hips and I swore I saw a hint of a smirk.
Look at me, arguing with someone who wanted to kidnap for god knows what. I had a big mouth, and I definitely was not going to close it anytime soon.
"Well, then. You'll die, but the boss wants you alive and well, so no can do, sweetheart." His hand went to his pocket and I was so sure he was going to pull a gun or something.
"Wait!" I yelled out, and his hand went out of his pocket. He looked at me with withering eyes and I shrunk from his gaze. "Just stop the bomb and I'll come along."
"Like I said, no can do. Now hurry up, we only have eight minutes left."
"You can't make me."
"Darling, you have no idea what I can make you do." He smirked at me, his hands back in his pocket.
"You do know how wrong that sounds right?" I took a step back. "And you wouldn't shoot at me."
