Sakura reached her hand out.
"Gimmie your wallet." She demanded.
Shisui looked at her like as though she was an idiot. "It got washed down the river. Whatever made you think I have it? "
Tch. Useless boy.
" I heard that!" Shisui grumbled.
He could hear Naruto giggling from somewhere outside the cave.
I swear, being with these children made me regress back into a child.
He saw sakura quietly walking out of the cave to see how Naruto is doing, out of silent worry.
They really are family huh. Am I intruding, just by being here? Do I...belong here?
" Oi Shisui move your ass. Come here and get your breakfast. " Sakura called out.
" Don't be so mean, Sakura-chan!" He heard Naruto chaise her, before a soft apology slipped through her cracked lips.
A warm feeling engulfed his heart.
His life before and after he got betrayed by the land of fire was vastly different.
Before, he had enough wealth to live a good life. A strong body, a cute cousin and a great friend. He need not starve, or sleep on the cold hard floor.
And yet...
