Chapter 7 - Meeting my Idols, FINALLY!

Tuesday literally couldn't come fast enough. I was freaking out, and had a mini heart attack ever few minutes or so. I was going to meet One Direction. My idols, my world. That may sound cheesy, but it was true. Whenever I was feeling down, they could always bring me back up again. After waiting all weekend, and then the longest Monday of my life, it was finally Tuesday. I had been up since 6 because I was so freaking excited. It was going to be a looong day. Amy came over pretty early, it was around 8. Nobody was home at her house, so she came over in time to eat some breakfast. We decided to make a huge meal in order to preoccupy ourselves for a while. We made homemade waffles, eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and orange juice. It was delicious. A breakfast fit for a.....well, a Niall. He would have been proud. Then we went upstairs to my bedroom to give ourselves manicures and pedicures. We were desperate to pass the time. While we were picking out which colors we were going to use, I got a text. Glancing at my phone, I looked to see who it was from.

'Hello love, I'll be picking you girls up at 6 instead of 7. I hope that is ok?? Ed <3xx'

Ok?? That was beyond ok for me!

'Of course! That is fine. We will be ready(: Xx'

I still couldn't decide what color to do my nails. Deciding to do red on my toenails, I figured I would wait and think about it. I got one foot done when my phone vibrated with another text.

'So what have you been doing all day? Excited for tonight?? xx'

I laughed, I was pretty sure he knew just how excited I was for tonight. He just wants to see me squirm. Well, I wasn't going to.

'I'm beyond excited. We are painting our nails. Can't decide on a color :( xx'

I continued to paint, and got the rest of my toenails done. I looked at them happily and let them sit and dry. I grabbed my phone which had buzzed again.

'Good! Well...I know Lou likes turquoise ;) Xx'

I couldn't help it, i burst into laughter. Ok then, I knew what color I was going to choose. Katie and Amy gave me weird looks.

"Who are you texting, Aiden?" Amy inquired.

"Ed. He is giving me advice on which color I should paint my nails."

"Okkkk....that is weird, but whatever." Katie said to me.

I laughed, "He said that Lou likes turquoise, so I guess I'm going to use turquoise."

'Good to know, see you tonight Xx' I replied back to Ed.

I grabbed the bottle of turquoise paint and began to carefully paint my nails. They had to be perfect. After we were all done, we decided to put in a movie so that we could just sit and not mess up our freshly painted nails. Ed had texted me back.

'Anytime, love. See you. Xx'

I smiled. I had become pretty good friends with him. He was such a sweet guy. It was weird to think of him as someone famous now that I knew him better. I can't believe I used to be such a fangirl over him. Is that how it would be after I met One Direction too?? Would they seem more like normal people to me? That would be so awesome to become that good of friends with them.

Amy had put in Tangled. I adored this movie! It was of my favorites. I happily tuned everything out as we all sat and watched the movie in blissful silence.

Someone was poking me in the arm. I slowly opened my eyes...what the heck? When did I fall asleep? I thought.

"Aiden...wake up. Time to start getting ready. It is 4:15. Ed is picking us up in less than 2 hours." Katie quietly said.
