Ryan: damn shes like a whole new person... tch whatever.

We move towards the doors of the assembly hall. I take a deep breath and exhale. These doors enter my fate towards the future tomorrow..

~Now!~

Our whole class experiences the sounds of the assembly hall. Feet squeaking against the floorboards, students giving away toxic yawns, morose sounds of kids trying to escape and tense hands rubbing against each other. Sally grabs my hand and pulls me to a seat.

Sally: ohh im soo excited! *eyes glow in hope*

Sally: ohh im soo excited! *eyes glow in hope*

Yeah heh. Around me i gaze at boys looking at dirty magazines, girls glancing at their nails and back chatting also teachers disciplining kids to be quiet. From the corner of my eye i see my teacher, grabbing a mic and walking towards the stage.

Sally: *takes out a piece of paper* okay so- *reads in her head* *mumbles*

She sure wants to win this...hm~ Maybe- just maybe...i can wake up to the dream world and find my purpose, why is my soul throbbing to go there? Why do i feel so uneasy when i wake up.

Teacher: Can i have silence please!

The noise continues to arise and moves higher, filling the room. The silence of noise wont stop. I get flashbacks of what happened in dream world...Taki- i didn't want it to end like this....why did you do this to me?

Teacher: SILENCEEE!

I get startled. Damn! that was loud! It seems like the speeches will start. The whole room turns into only some guilty whispers.

Teacher: welcome to the annual Speech contest of the year!

Claps of hands pushing against each other spreads and echoes. Sally claps and smiles at me, I can't help but smile back. The dreams cant break me down..i have to stay strong!

Teacher: now- i would like classes 2: A B C D E and F to stand backstage in que of their speeches

Sally: *pulls me up* Cmon! it's our time to shine!

Yeah Sally, b-but im kinda scared..

Sally: heh cmon! i wanna see you smile on that stage!

Yeah! A ray of hope guides me as we get up and walk.

Cassandra: *pushes in front of us* let the queen pass, peasants!
I feel the push enter my body as i shake a bit.

Ryan: hmph! *walks passed us*

Sally: you both f- *looks at the teacher* tch! Cmon May! we gotta show these bastards we ain't peasants!

Our feet tap on the floorboard as we creep into backstage. A girl, i presume from Class 2-A, shivers in her own shoes. She mumbles as sweat rolls down her cheek. Next to her, a guy brushing his hair in a mirror.
