My eyes twitch, groaning in pain i start rubbing my eyes to a tall wall above my head. Dragon paintings layered so carefully it made my eyes twirl against its tails. Soft hands run through my hair..
I shiver and turn my head to see a lady standing near the King-size bed. Her kimono shone in the sun-light as if demanding for attention... Her eyes were sharp like an Empress and her left hand held a fan to her face as if admiring my state.
Lady: You are awake Dear?

I was confused, looking around the king-size bed I lay on.. Candles arranged so sweetly it gave off a sweet-scent of lavender, long fresh carpets laid on the ground as if fine gold knitted onto the floors, shimmering golden ornaments placed around a reflective mirror, majestic creams around me. IS THIS PARADISE!? I thought
My body aches though, its rendering all the pain i faced back at the prison cell.. When that damned killer...Injected me. It was all so sudden though. My head shifts down and looks at my hand.
Lady: Do not look so sad dear, you will earn your pay once you start working in the headquarter Empire.
From the corner of my eye, I glance as the Lady walks away towards the fan of feather-like door. I hold my hand out, drastically wanting her to stop
"H-hey!"
The lady turns, her body language so graceful it made me feel envious, "Yes dear"
"I'm not sure what you mean by 'pay'"
All of a sudden, the Lady starts laughing almost at my stupidity, "You are now a Maid of the Empire, and you must be loyal to all the Royal Family"
"BUT! I don't understand this- Wait.. Who are you?"
The Lady giggles even more proudly, "Can you not see from my clothing and status"
I gaze up and down her clothing and a golden hairpin assembled across her glistening hair. Is she a uh Cosplayer? A cross-dresser? she doesn't have much curves, MAYBE ITS A HE! A pedo..
I glare at the weird looking person and get up.
The Lady sighs, grabbing my shoulders "Tch! What disrespect!"
I shriek at the fast motion.
The lady speaks again, holding out a uniform "Here, from now on you work as a Maid in the royal Palace"
Now i get it, Yui did this for me. I smile in consideration and take the uniform.
The lady walks away and gives out a vicious smile, "Oh and also, Call me Empress or Madam"
I nod fast, gulping at the scary sight.
Phew that was close! Thought she was gonna eat me. Faint lights ooze out from the fragile yet soft windows, the light streaks were so bright it made the room light up in a flush.
