Chapter 1

One early morning in Japan, as the sun was peaking over the horizon, a young girl with lilac purple hair named Nashimi was deep in slumber. The sunlight was peaking in through her curtains, she had only just started waking up as she then felt something land on her stomach. Feeling the sudden pressure on her belly she then opened her eyes, to her surprise it was her white shiba puppy Ichigo. Nashimi smiled at Ichigo "Do you really want me up that much?"
She chuckled then began to pick him up while getting out of bed, and placing him on the pillow. Nashimi stretched, went to pull back her curtains as the morning sun filled every corner of her room as Ichigo was sitting, wagging his tail happily looking at her from her bed.
After she had dressed herself in her casual white oversized sweater that ascended down to her knees she then stopped at her vanity, looked at herself. She smiled softly, clasped part of her hair, and was staring intently at the discolored white patches that formed sakura flowers on her long lilac hair. She sighed, let her hair fall from her grasp, drape back over her shoulders as she then made her way down the stairwell to the entryway.
She looked ahead of her seemingly lost in thought "Ever since I was little I have had these discolored white patches in my hair. It appeared when I was 5. That was around the time my mother died, after that my grandmother sent me to live with my father".
Once She had reached the bottom of the stairwell the memories of her grandmother telling her about her mother's death had flooded her head, she began to feel tears fill her eyes as she opened a locket that had been hanging around her neck. Looking down at the photo she had of a women with long light blue hair that extended down the waist, had porcalian skin like that of a dolls, with eyes that were a gentle pink, who was wearing a floral white kimono. Nashimi smiled softly being overcome with grief yet happiness after closing the locket, then while picking up her bag that was sitting in the entry way she gently wiped her tears away and put a smile on her face."I promised mother right before her death that no matter what happens to her, or to myself I wouldn't let it linger or hold onto it to let it cause me pain"
As she stepped out onto the front porch she noticed something strange. She hid behind one of the posts that connected to her home, spotted her father who was a tall well built man with slick back, well groomed snow white hair, hazel eyes and polished skin in a navy blue suit known as Maximilian Yyilian by his workers of his company.
Upon watching her father she noticed him talking to a man with short brown hair in a suit, her father didn't seem too happy to see the man. She thought to herself while observing them from the post "Father never gets upset like this, well except when I broke that vase but" a little while after the two arguing the man left, her father had a disgustingly annoyed scowl on his face
Maximilian turned to face the house, his scowl changed to a soft yet gentle smile as he spotted her behind the post. As he walked to the post he moved one of the hairs that seemed to have fallen out of place back into position."You don't have to keep hiding behind that post my sakura petal".
Her father had a soft yet deep commanding voice, not the kind a man of a manufacturing company you think would have, but the kind that is assuring yet puts you at ease. Nashimi moved out from behind the post, looked at her father with a concerned expression, and after witnessing what she did she had a right to be. "Who was that dad what's going on!?". She looked at him agitated, waiting to see if he would even give her an answer.
He was rubbing the back of his neck, still appearing to be a bit on edge from what just transpired. He was looking away from her trying to avoid answering the questions as well as trying to calm down. Then as he let out a slight exhale he softly put one of of his hands on his daughter's head smiling "I have something I need to tell you my sakura petal, I want you to promise you won't hate me for it".
Nashimi had a confused look on her face, as she was wondering what exactly he was going to say that would make her hate him. She nodded "I promise, I want you to promise me something too that you will tell me everything, don't leave anything out like you usually do, and when I asked you who ate my slice of confetti cake! I knew it was you!! except you said it was Ichigo!!!" as she looked up as him puffing her cheeks. He smiled and started laughing "heh ok I promise" he then took her bag as their limo pulled up front and he put it in the back seat.
Her father was holding the door open for her as she got into the back seat then buckled up , and looked out the window at him as the door closed. She smiled as he kissed her forehead softly from outside of the open window, and whispered "when you get home I will tell you everything I promise I love you my sakura petal" after he said that the driver then proceeded to drive out of the estate as the gate opened and closed. Nashimi looked back at her home as it was fading in the distance "Father...whatever your keeping from me, it must be really painful for you" she whispered to herself while gazing out the window.
