"HONEY ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE OKAY?" my mom questioned as she rubbed my back while i was slumped against wall. i weakly nodded and i shut my eyes tightly feeling another dry heave coming up.
i rested my eyes as my mom softly brushed my teeth for me. i swear i've never felt this bad, i thought as i spit out the listerine my mom gave me. i've been feeling bad for about a week now, but whatever's wrong with me has really been hitting me for the past four days.
I've been real nauseous, headaches coming left and right, shortness of breath, and my body has just been achy. i know what you're thinking.. i don't think i'm pregnant and no my mom doesn't know we've had sex. i texted sehseh and he's coming to watch me while my mom goes to work for an emergency.
so i asked him to bring a pregnancy test. am i scared? yes. yes i am. but everything happens for a reason. zoning back in i notice the warmth of my soft sheets. looking over i see jahseh laying next to me.
"i'm s-sorry bubba-a what did you say?" i croak out as i sniffed. "i was just askin' you how you was feelin' bae. ma' told me you was throwing up not too long ago." jahseh said as he took off his shirt, leaving him in a plain wife beater.
"y-yeah i been feeling s-so horrible-e. i d-don't know what's wrong. my doctors app-appointment is tom-tomorrow, y—" before i could finish my thought jahseh cut me off.
