third POV"So, what would you like to do now?" Kiibo asked. The two sat down in bean bags in Kokichi's extra room. Kiibo seemed shocked at how the cushion sunk beneath his weight, and he mentioned how he really enjoyed it.
"Hmm...do you know how to play chess?" Kokichi asked.
"One second." Kiibo placed two fingers on his ear, pressing his eyes shut and muttering a few words. He opened his eyes, smiling. "I do now, plus all the winning strategies!"
"Man, it's no fair if you know what to do! I want it to be fair!" Kokichi complained.
"Oh- I'm sorry, Kokichi! One minute as I delete the strategies..." He did the weird finger thing again, and then said how he still had the rules downloaded but not the strategies.
"Okay!" Kokichi said with a grin. "Let me go get a board!" He ran over to a large cabinet in a corner and brought out a small chess box. He sat down in front of Kiibo and set up the board. And so they began.
Who knew Kiibo could be so competitive? He was nearly fuming when Ouma called "Checkmate! Hahaha, in your face, Kii-boy!" Though that nickname calmed Kiibo's anger just a tiny bit. Maybe more than a little bit. Maybe it calmed all of it.
AAAAAANYWAYS, the two ended up having a really great time together playing various board games.
"I did not know that the human world had such interesting games!" Kiibo exclaimed, eyes basically with stars shining in them. "It's very very fun! I wish my previous-" his eyes dulled a small bit. "Uh...nevermind."
"What was that?" Kokichi asked.
"Ahaha...nothing, nothing. Just ignore it!" Kiibo said with a smile and a laugh. It seemed genuine enough, so Kokichi decided to trust it.
Turns out Kokichi wasn't the only good liar.
