Chapter Four- Enter Lillysprite

 Jez's POV

I stumbled, feeling the house quake under my feet. "The process is starting! Prepare for full immersion!" Yelled Steven's voice from the web-cam. "Think I don't know that?!?" I yelled. "What do i do, then?" "There should be a big green button in midair!"He responded. I could hear him rapidly mashing keys on the other side, trying to disable the emergency setting. I looked up and saw the button. It read "START".

OK, lets just hit pause on this for a minute here. I want to talk about me and Steven.

I met him a while ago on Pester Chum. Lilly had encouraged me to use the "random encounter"button to try and meet a new friend. That was weird because I'm normally the one setting people up. I'm not called BreakupMakeup for nothing. You think Sardeon got THIS far without my help? Nuh-uh. Oh, wait. We haven't said anything about them yet did we?

Anyway, so I took Lilly's advice and got set up for a random conversation with DesolateJayfeather. We talked for a while, and then decided to play a game. After that, things began to accelerate. I got the feeling he had a crush on me, and i tried to diffuse it, as one might try to diffuse a ticking time bomb. We eventually decided to play s-burb, a game that apparently ends the world, which I thought he was joking about. Turns out, he was serious. He was serious about a lot of things.

Anyway, I picked a bunch of other people, in order: Sara, Lilly, Andraya, Gideon, Eagle, and Rylan.  I figured, the bigger the group, the better. We then split into two teams, with Steven as the leader of Blue Team, and Eagle heading up the Green Team.

Anyway, the point I was trying to make is, me and Steven are not together. Back to the story.

I shut my eyes tight and jumped up to hit the button. Immedieatly, the webcam went offline and I was jerked backwards, hitting the wall. My vision blurred as I slid down to the floor with a thunk!  I was lifted up off the floor by the apparent lack of gravity, and suddenedly, the earth stopped moving as I was caught in the fuzzy arms of something covered in lacy green material. It seemed safe enough, so I gave in to exaustion and blacked out.

Lilly's POV

I floated down to the ground, depositing one tired Jezabel on the somewhat disheveled couch. After seeing that she was safe, I flitted away to the kitchen in her small apartment, and saw my reflection in a wall-hanging mirror. A gasp of surprise ecscaped my lips as I saw my new appearance. My long black hair was still there, decorated by a top hat and.......Teddy Bear ears. One was tucked neatly under the tattered hat and the other was poikng straight out of my head on the other side. I was still wearing the comic dress, though all the superheroes now looked like Hulk wannabees, due to the overall greenish tint of my whole body. My hands were decked out with soft tan fur and sheathed claws, making me seem somewhat dangerous. Well, I'd never been much of a Furrie, but I guess I could update my Facebook status to "Freak of Nature".  I looked down at my feet, which were no longer there. I started to freak until I realized I had a sort of tail thing going for me, like a mermaid or something. It was green just like the fabric of my dress, and thankfully not scaley or furry or anything. I floated over to a window, peering at the new terrain. It was a sprawling desert, sunny and arid.  There was a huge message written in the sand, "Welcome To Losas."
