Chapter 47 Graduation Day

Hershy's Pov

This is the day that my school days are over
Today is the day that i can do anything what i want
Today is the day i can express what my student life is
Today is the day to say goodbyes to others.

"Anak suotin mo ito ouh" sabi ni mommy,while handing the cap and toga.

Niyakap ako bigla ni mommy.

"Anak im so proud of you!" Masaya niyang sabi

"Thanks mom" ngumiti ako.

Masaya ako ngayon pero medyu kinakabahan, dahil mag spespeech ako bilang Valedictorian ,di lang ako pati din si Nash cause we're both Valedictoria,but its impossible we have the same grade and ratings and the DepEd also agreed with the conflicts, even they tried to make us do the exams all day still the nothing change so we will be the two Valedictorian in the university and its really weird.

Si mom naman busy sa pag mamake-up sa akin at ako nag preprepare sa speech ko mamaya.

At the university

Naka upo lang kami sa mga chairs kumakanta ng farewell songs also nag lupang hinirang kami at nag pray para sa aming kinabukasan after this.

Magkalayo din kami ng Seat ni Nash dahil lalaki siya, ok lang kasi magkakatabi rin naman kami pag nasa harapan na kami.

After on pinalinya na kami iba ang linya sa valedictorian at honnors si Nash muna una nag speech.

"To all teachers,family,principals and especially Hershy Mallet my future wife, im sharing today what i've learned about everything, do we ever feel tired after school? Yes we do getting late we also thanks for those who supported us and also the one who raises us, and without them...im not here infront to all of you but thanks to that lady over there" sabay niyang turo sa akin habang naka ngiti

"She gave me strength and everything we handle each others back also with the teachers advice and families...even my mom passed away...i still working as my dad's assitant and also do my studies and i also have fun with this school all of my classmates thank you for having a time for each other i know we're apart now cause all of us will finish this school year but i hope all of us walk by the streets and say hi to each other...thats all thank you"

Pumalakpak naman silang lahat dito lalo na ako touch na touch sa sinabi niya pati classmates namin umiiyak sa sinabi niya, pagkatapos niya mag speech binigay sa kanya ang diploma at nag shake hands sa principal at umupo siya sa valedictorian chair.

"Next Hershy Mallet our second Valedictorian!" Sabi ng speaker.

I walk up to the stage hearing my heartbeats so loud that i cant hear everything around me, is this my fear?or just first time? Binigay nila sa akin ang mike at heto ako nasa harapan ng maraming tao.

KAYA MO TOH!

"Goodmorning Ladies and Gentlemens also to my beloved friends and family....especially him" sabay turo ko kay Nash.

I gulp for a second and mind block, halaaaaaa naka titig lang sila sa akin kinakabahan ako!
Tumingin ako kay mom sabay GO GO
Oh sige mabuti nandiyan sila pati siya kaya kakayanin ko toh!

They start gossiping because of my silence.

"I thanks to all who given us strength and to those who guide us and the education of this school, i just cant believe that i am here infront of you sharing my thoughts of what i've learned"

Grabe kinakabahan nga ako,tumingin ako kay Nash tas nag thumbs up siya.

"Actually why did i become into a Valedictorian?well i didn't want to be a Valedictorian in a first place but i can still feel the joy about it but sadly....we're saying goodbyes but hey we had a one year spending time each other in the classroom"
