As the three made there way to their rooms for the night Y/N couldn't shake the icy cold wind that made its way past the torches and in to his armour. As he shivered Elizabeth noticed this and decided to comment on it.
"Not used to the cold are you Y/N" she teased as she watch the knight try to stand straight as if it did not affect him at all
"Well that tends to happen when you live near a volcano for all your life" Y/N commented back
"I do miss the heat I will tell you that" Elizabeth chuckled as they made it to the spare room
"So here you go Mercy your room" she says as the door opened by Mercy
"Wow its bigger than I expected" she commented as she waked in
"Only the best for friends" Elizabeth smiled as she walked off with Y/N in tow
The two walked in comfortable silence until they made it to her room but as they made it there Y/N decided to break the silence by asking
"So what made you want to share a room with me and not just have me and Mercy share?" he questioned
This simple comment made the chief freeze in her tracks "Well I j-j-just thought that it w-would be nice f-for us to have s-some alone time t-to-together" she stuttered uncontrollably
Y/N didn't say anything and just walked in to the room satisfied with that answer and askes
"So do you have a mat or sleeping bag of some kind for me or?" he questioned
"W-Well not exactly as I wasn't expecting you s-so I guess we will have t-to share m-my bed" she stuttered out as her cheeks became a dark crimson.
"O-Ok then that's fine" Y/N says as he began to take of his armour
"W-W-What are you doing!!" Elizabeth blurted out as she watched the knight remove his shirt and arm guards
"Getting ready for bed what else" he replied as he finished laying them out on the floor and getting in to the fur covered bed.
Elizabeth was stunned at what she had just witnessed before her eyes as she did not know what to do so she just copied the knight and undressed her self before climbing in with him.
~a small time skip~
Elizabeth was tossing and turning in bed as a nightmare plagued her mind
~NIGHTMARE~
Elizabeth was forced to her knees by two men as they made her look forward to see there master lord Tiandi as he walked over and knelt down to her level and used his hand to raise her chin to look directly in his eyes and spoke in venom lacing his horrid voice
"So you are the Viking chief pathetic...I was told they where a great warrior a legandary Berserker that was unbeatable but you are just a pathetic fraud of a person" he spat as he shoves her face away as he continues "Your army fell the second we showed up if I must give one good thing about you it would be that the knight that you had sent to secure the left flank was quite skilled but not skilled enough" he taunts "But what I can't get my head around is why would a knight defend a Viking but then it hit me" as he turned his head to his men "bring him out" he ordered as his men did as they where told and bought out Y/N throwing him in front of her.
He was bloody and beaten badly his armour in pieces only hanging in by a couple of straps of leather and cloth as he brought his head up to look at her a couple word escaped his battered lips
"Elizabeth I'm s-sorry" he stuttered as it was panful to talk
Seeing this she could feel warm tears escape from her eyes as her attention was pulled away from him with the mad cackle of the lord "ha ha ha this is just golden...aww isn't this cute they wuv each other I think I'm going to be sick" he mocked "please tell me what was it was it the way he talks because he isn't much on the eyes" he stated as he slapped him across the face making blood fly out from his mouth
"Stop it please ill do any thing just don't hurt him!!" Elizabeth cried out as tears ran down her cheeks
"O so now you will submit...well its too late for that" he says as he takes Y/N's sword running it straight through his body and as he lied there on the flor bleeding out only some words could escape his blood ridden mouth.
"Elizabeth.....I....love..yo" but it was to late he was gone for ever as the guards let her go she cradled over to Y/N's body and hugged it tight she could hear a solider ask
"So what do we do with her my lord" she asked
"leave her here life is a fate worse that death when away from a loved one" he says as he fades from her sight.
~NIGHTMARE OVER~
Y/N was stuttered awake by Elizabeth tossing and turning he could see tears leave her eyes as he could not bear to see her like this so he decided to shake her to wake her up this did not seam to work so he called her name as well
"Elizabeth...Elizabeth wake up...ELIZABETH" he raised his voice as the tears started to run out of her eyes like a water fall. Suddenly she jolted up shouting
"Y/n!!!" she cried as she looked around franticly for the knight that was right beside her
"Elizabeth I'm here its ok it was only a dream what happened" Y/N asked in a concerned and kind voice
Once she lay her eyes on him she rocketed her arms to him wrapping them around him in a tight embrace and crying in to his shoulder. Not knowing what to do he just returned the hug and asked.
"are you ok now?" he says with a light chuckle
As Elizabeth stayed in the warm embrace she just replied with "I am know you are here"
As Y/n tried to move out from the hug but was stopped "What I'm cold can we stay like this....just for tonight" she asked in a cute voice while looking up at the knight
As he was enchanted by those emerald eyes he could not resist at all and agreed with her
"Ok as you wish" he spoke softly as the two both new why they where doing this and that they wanted and fell asleep in each others arms whispering the same three word to each other
"I love you"
