The crazy days will occur and sometimes feel completely overwhelming.The key is to remind yourself that you are stronger than your emotions or whatever is happening at the moment.
Take deep breaths as you remind yourself.
This helps keep you in your prefrontal cortex.
Which means you are in control of your emotions rather than
