Tokerville-A mother reported her son missing after beating him to death and hiding the body.
Sharon, a 38 year old mother suffers from a bipolar disorder that's been with her all her life. This has caused her to have multiple aggressive outburst.
"One minute she'd be fine but the second something doesn't go her way, she'd hit anyone in her way," her mother said in an interview.
After repeatedly telling her son, Johnathan, to stop playing ball, she snapped. She beat him continuously for about two hours until she realized he wasn't breathing anymore. She then cleaned up the mess she made and hid the body. She went to the police and told them her son had been missing.
Law enforcement started to suspect foul play when she kept talking about him in the past tense. They started an investigation and found the body in her backyard.
"I remember when I asked her to describe her son, she would say stuff like 'Oh, he HAD blue eyes and blonde hair.' "
She was soon arrested and sent to trial. The Jury's conviction is still pending.
