You lock the door and sit back on the bed. Little did you know, in the vents there was something watching, waiting for the door to be locked. Only then would it strike... and it did.
Before you can sit onto the hospital bed something grabs you by the neck. Whatever air you had in your lungs was stuck in them. You can feel the rope-like thing strangling you, squeezing tighter and tighter. You feel immense pain, you veins filling, blood vessels bursting in your neck, your mind is racing with adrenaline and fear... but that was not the most horrifying part.
The worst part is when you fell to the ground. You are finally able to exhale... but you can't seem to inhale. You watch as your decapitated body falls to the ground, and in the vents you see it... a horrifying smile.
You remember hearing an old myth that a decapitated head can still survive for a maximum of 6 seconds... you decide to see if the myth is true or not...
