Explanations and training!!; Two weeks before the festival begins!

Izuku: It's not a quirk, All Might. But I can explain to you of who wields this power and why I tapped into it. You see, the Satsui no Hadō or Surge of Murderous Intent is the antithesis of the power of nothingness The Satsui no Hado is a form of ki that is rooted in the darker aspects of the natural human instinct (including the desire to survive, trample, and impose over opposition), and on a metaphysical level, the natural occurrence and manifestation of loss, decline, and destruction.

To tap into the Satsui no Hado, a person must be so consumed with the desire for victory and perfection, be close to death, or else possess such intense rage and hatred, that they are willing to kill. As such, only people who push themselves to be the best at any cost can take full advantage of it, however, the untrained mind can be driven into insanity if they are not mentally ready for it. All Might: I see, Young Midoriya. Whoever wields this Satsui no Hadō may be a villain. We may able to place him in jail or something else.

Izuku: I do not know about arresting "him" He May be powerful than you even though you wield One For All. He's a monster in a different way..

As time rolled by, We see Midoriya's training began as the original master of Ansatsuken Gōken helping him with the urge of using the Satsui no Hadō at the Dagobah Municipal Beach.

Gōken: First, I will teach you the technique Ryu used during his journey to finding oneself... The Shinkū Hadōken. It is a high level technique to utilize but with your determination and training, I believe that you are ready to learn this skill. *shows Izuku the Hadōken as he cupped his hands to his side*Shinkū...HMMMM..... Izuku: S-s-sugoi! *looks on in amazement *

Gōken: I hope you are prepared for the harshest training to come before this Sports Festival starts.
