Chapter 4

Sehara's POV

I woke up to the sound of the birds singing, and the trees swaying, I wanted to stand up and check this place out, but I couldn't, a pair of strong arms encircled me.

it felt nice to be loved, but I needed to pee, I squirmed and squirmed, but I couldn't get free, he finally loosened his grip on me, so I quickly wriggled away.

I looked around, it was morning and everyone was still asleep, I smirked, finally a chance to escape,  i tiptoed my way to the forest surrounding us.

Bankotsu's POV

the sound of leaves rustling woke me up, the small figure that was meant to be in my arms, wasn't there, I sighed and stood up, why did I even bother with this girl, she was a pain, a bother, a loud mouth and annoying.

I sighed again and woke everybody up, they all looked at me and asked what was wrong, "The girls missing" I mumbled, but they all heard it.

"why should we care, she's just a nuisance and a brat" Renkotsu sighed, I must say, he did have a point, I was about to say something else, when a blood curtleing scream came from the forest.

Something in me snapped, and I shot like a rocket, towards the forest.

Sehara's POV

I had already done my 'buisnuss' and was just walking around the forest, when I heard a twig snap from behind me.

I whipped my head around, only to see a tall  Dog demon, with long straight white/silver hair, pointed ears, two purple stripes on each cheek, a half moon on his forehead and he was wearing armor, on his side, were two or three swords.

Our eyes met, I just stared at him, he stared back, we had a full out staring contest, until a small figure popped out of the bushes, it was a girl, a human girl.

My eyes showed hatred, yet fear, I instinctivly moved back, she looked at me and I flinched,  I put my hand over my side fringe and pulled it down as much as I could, because under my fringe, was a scar covering my eye, it was caused by the humans.

She seemed to notice this, so she moved closer to me, I kept moving backwards and she kept moving fowards, until it was to much.

I screamed, bolts of demonic energy lept from my body, creating a blinding light, I could see the dog man's eyes widen, he ran to the girl and sheilded her from the blast.

The light died down and I fainted from exhaustion, my body drained of its energy, my mind slipped into darkness.

Time Skip~

My eyes fluttered open, where was I again, all I remember is seeing a human gir....., I stopped mid sentence, because right in my face, was the face of a smiling human, the same one from yesterday.

My heart once again, started to beat like bongo drum, my eyes darted around the area, but I was never taking my eye off the girl.

"So she's awake, is she?" A monotoned voice said from behind the girl, the girl turned her head to the voice and nodded happily.

"W...who are you" I stuttered, a small green toad demon thing, appeared into my line of vision, "you should be thankful to Lord Sesshomaru for saving you, you ungrateful thing" it screached.

I growled and in a flash, I was in front of the tiny demon, I grabbed his neck and pinned him to a tree, "I dare you to say that again" I snarled, my eyes flashing red.

The tiny demon's eyes showed fear, I smirked and let him go, he dropped to the ground, he scurried over to the dog demon and hid behind him.

The dog demons eyes never left me and he showed slight amusement, "so your name is Seshomaru" I asked, calming down a bit, his eyes went back to emotionless.

"That's LORD Sesshomaru to you" the toad demon screached once again, I flashed him a glare, he went back to hiding.

"Back to the question" I said, Sesshomaru nodded, the girl bounced over to me, "My names Rin, what's yours" she asked happily, my eyes tensed and my ears went back to my head, I slowly walked backwards.

"S..stay away" I whispered, I was scared, very scared, "what's wrong " she asked, "you that's whats wrong" I shouted.

She seemed taken back by my tone, I was about to turn around, when something grabbed my arm, my head spun around, only to see the little girl, grabbing a hold of my arm.

I tried to shake her off, but she held on, "I just want to be your friend" she said, I stopped shaking for a minute, is what she said true, did she really want to be my friend.

But then again, I have been asked this a few times, but they were always lies, "i will let go IF you stay with us" she negotiated, I really didn't want to go.

I thought about her offer, should I go, I could easily shake her off me if I tried, but......I really did want to get away from the others, seeing how they killed Sakura.

I thought about the offer for a few more minutes, before finally agreeing, the girl giggled, let go and ran to tell that Sesshomaru guy.

She asked him if it was ok, if I came along with them, he replied with "h'n" , the girl shouted with joy before looking over to me.

Her eyes showed so much happiness, yet they also showed great sadness too, it looked to me as though she was an........unstable girl, she didn't want anyone to leave her, she just wants to have a family and be loved.

Thats what I feel as well, but just 10 times worse, that Sesshomaru guys eyes never left me, it was as though he was trying to figure me out, 'ha good luck with that' I thought to myself.

Sesshomaru started to walk away, the tiny demon and Rin following behind, I was just about to walk away from them, when Sesshomaru stopped " Are you, or are you not coming" his monotoned voice cut any chance of escape I had left.

I let out a nervous laugh before walking behind them, Run was happily signing beside him, while the toad demon was ..... running beside him.

I sighed, this was going to be a loong trip.

Time Skip~

It was around 3 pm, when Sesshomaru stopped all of a sudden, "what's wrong M'Lord" the toad demon asked.

"Yeah what's wrong ..... Sessy" I smirked, the toad demon abruptly walked up to me and was just about to wack me with his staff, when I grabbed it, pulled it from his tiny demon hands, and whacked him with it, hard.

I glared at him, "try and whack me with that thing and you'll be seein stars" I hissed, the demon stopped in his tracks, before nodding.

I smiled, gave him his staff back and looked back over to Sesshomaru, "so whats wrong" i asked once more, Sesshomaru lifted his nose into the air and smelled, his eyes tensed, i saw him taking his sword out of his Sheath.

my own eyes tensed as i finally sensed it, it was a strong demonic energy, "naraku" Sesshomaru breathed, my eyes widened.

"Naraku"
