I left Dumbledore's office just as Harry was arriving. Giving him a quick hug and a kiss on the cheek I left towards the Room Of Requirement.

All I was going to do was put the letter in a safe place in the room and head back to the common room.

However, it wouldn't let me in.

No matter how much I paced in the corridor the door just would not show up.

Being the smart arse that I am, I placed the Disillusionment spell on me that would enable me to blend into the wall, and then I sat directly facing the wall where the door should show.

After almost three hours had gone by I heard a soft creaking and looked up to see the door slowly making itself known to me.

Once the door was complete, it opened and Lily and Draco stepped out. Roughly Draco pulled Lily along to the Slytherin Common room.

Obviously, it was something to do with their mission and whilst I knew what it was, I did not know what they were doing, and I couldn't unless Lily or Draco showed me.

Once I was sure they were gone, I willed my office to appear and I slipped inside.

I hid the letter inside a secret draw under my normal draw, (you could never be too sure) and I left again. Pondering the rough way Draco handled Lily and what they could be doing in the room of requirement.

Of course, almost anything was possible and the Room could practically turn into anything you wanted.

In the dormitory, I found hermione asleep. Lavender and Pavarti were hidden behind the curtains of Lavenders bed and where whispering quietly together, Silently I got myself ready for bed and grabbed some parchment, ink and a quill.

I settled myself into bed and decided to write to Fred.

In his last letter, he told me that the shop was getting on great and that everyone was fine. He wrote about George's possible new girlfriend and how he missed me.

I smiled as I wrote. I told him about Lily and how I was worried about her but I was seeing a budding romance between her and Cole and I was hoping it would last. I then told him about how much I missed him and that I was hoping to see him soon.

I put everything aside and switches the lamp off. I dreamt of Christmas, seeing Fred again and then Draco which left me feeling rather guilty when I woke up the next day.

I had Herbology first the next morning and after a quick breakfast with Cole, we headed down to the fifth green house and I slid into a seat beside Harry, with Cole beside me. Hermione and Ron sat across from us.

"So how was Slughorn's latest party?" Harry asked Hermione thickly through the gum shield that we had all put in.

"Oh, it was quite fun, really," said Hermione, now putting on protective goggles. "I mean, he drones on about famous exploits a bit, and he absolutely fawns on McLaggen because he's so well connected, but he gave us some really nice food and he introduced us to Gwenog Jones. "

"Gwenog Jones?" said Ron, his eyes widening under his own goggles. "The Gwenog Jones? Captain of the Holyhead Harpies?"

Cole gaped at Hermione.

"That's right," said Hermione. "Personally, I thought she was a bit full of herself, but --"

"Quite enough chat over here!" said Professor Sprout briskly, bustling over and looking stern. "You're lagging behind, everybody else has started, and Neville's already got his first pod!"
