Chapter 4

Ivy's P.O.V

"Hey! Nakakadalawa ka na!" I said angrily.

"I know!" Said Xieldon.

"You understand tagalog?" I said in shock. Mukha kasi syang American.

"Yeah. Half Filipino" he answered.

"Wow. Same" I simply said.

"I like you" biglang sabi ni Xieldon, dahilan para magulat ako.

"You like me?" I asked.

"Yeah! I like you" he answered.

"Are you that straightforward?" I asked again.

"No need to be slow. You wont understand either" Said Xieldon

"But... You're too fast. We just knew each other" I said.

"I know. I can wait. I just want you to know how I feel" Said Xieldon

Ang dami na ng umamin sa akin, pero si Xieldon lang ang nagparamdam sa akin nito. Sobrang sarap sa pakiramdam. Sobrang bilis ng tibok ng puso ko. Anong nangyayari sa'kin? Bakit ganito ang nararamdaman ko? Do I like him too?

"So... Can I court you?" He asked.

Damn! Kinikilig ako! How can I say no? Kung pwede nga lang na sagutin ko na sya, dahil sa sobrang galak na ipinaparamdam nya ngayon sa akin.

"Yes" I answered.

I was shock. Did I really say yes? Hindi man lang ba ako nagpakipot? Damn Ivy!

"Yes? Yes! Yes! Yes!" Masayang sabi nya. I smiled, ngayon lang ako nakakita ng lalaking katulad nya.

Nagpatuloy lamang kami sa pagkain. Maya maya ay may hindi pamilyar na lalaki ang naglakad papunta sa pwesto namin ni Xieldon.

"Bro, why don't you introduce me to your chix?" An unfamiliar man said to Xieldon.

"He's not just a chix bro. I like her" said Xieldon.

Shit! The sound of him saying to everyone that he likes me, makes my heart shout in joy.

"Oh!" Said the other man. "My name is Leiz, Xieldon's couz" Leiz said. He offered his hand and I accepted it.

"Ivy" I said while shaking hands with him.

"Poison Ivy" He said confused.

"Ivy's really my name" I said.

"Enough with the chitchat bro. I want to be with my girl, ALONE" said Xieldon while emphasizing the word 'alone'

Leiz walk out still glaring at Xieldon.

"That man likes you" he said.

"I don't care" I said.

"Don't go near him! He's a playboy" said Xieldon.

"You're not in a good terms?" I asked.

"Yeah! We just don't like each other." He answered.

"Ok," the only word I can say.

"How did you like me?" I asked out of nowhere

"I don't know. The moment I saw you, It's... Well... I'm not childish but... I think It was Love at first sight. Parang lumabo ang buong paligid ko at ikaw lang ang nakikita ko. I don't know why, but the moment I saw you... biglang lumakas ang tibok ng puso ko" he answered.

I'm shocked. Really. No man would confess that... Well not Xieldon of course.

The Party is over at masasabi ko talagang sobrang saya ko. It was the happiest party I have ever experienced, at dahil 'yon kay Xieldon. He made me happy.

Inihatid ako ni Xieldon pauwi sa bahay. Niyaya ko pa syang pumasok sa loob ng bahay, but he refused.
He said he wanted to formally introduced himself to my parents, at the right time.

As if They're here. Tss!

Halos mapatalon ako sa gulat nang maramdaman ko ang labi niya sa noo ko. Xieldon kissed me at my forehead which I considered very sweet! Ohmygod!

My heart is beating like crazy. Mababaliw ako nito sa sobrang kilig, dahil kay Xieldon.

Then he bid goodbye.
