The day that Never Happened

Are you Wooyoungs sister?" the boy in front of you asked, you felt your heart pounding. You didn't know how to respond. You stood there looking into the boys eyes for quite some time. His eyes giving you this soft look making you feel safe? He was about to say something else but before he could you spoke.

"yes...." You say plainly, making the boy shocked, "I-I'm his sister." you didn't know why you were stuttering. Maybe it was because the thought of your brother finding out that you were possibly talking to one of his friends scared you. The boy listened to you carefully, and once you were done a small smile started to creep onto his face.

San POV
I listened to her respond to my question, and when she answered yes I couldn't believe my eyes. I started to smile and before she got all creeped out I explained myself.
"I'm San your brothers best friend." I paused thinking of the way to phrase my words for what I was going to say next. I cleared my throat once again "So you are the famous Y/N wooyoung is always talking about." I said with a soft chuckle trying to make things a little less awkward. She nodded her head towards my question. "I know this a really personal question but I saw you over here and I just wanted to make sure you were okay? Well since  you and I are technically are supposed to be at school." I say as I take a small step closer to her. She looked down and pushed some of her hair behind her ear. She then brought her attention back to me,
"I just wasn't in the mood to go to school today... Why umm why are you here?" she asked me her voice soft having a shy tone to it. It was kind of cute actually.

"same reason." I say as I put my hands into my pockets, I took a deep breath of the fresh air as I rocked back and forth on my feet when I suddenly got this idea. I smiled and ran my hand through my hair, "Hey do you maybe wanna go to town and have some fun?" I asked with a soft smile my dimples now showing.

You stood in your spot thinking about whether you should go with him or not. After a few seconds you have finally decided that there was nothing else to loose. There was no reason not to trust him he was your brothers best friends. You smiled and nodded your head picking your bag up, slinging it over your shoulder. You began to walk using the back of you hand to wipe the dry blood off your forehead. You looked back and saw San smiling, he soon jogged to catch up with you. As the two of you were walking San had decided to try to get to know you better. As you two where talking the two of you began to laugh because of something Wooyoung had done.

"wait wait why did wooyoungie never tell me this." he said laughing, while holding his stomach. You shrugged at his question,

"maybe he found it too embarrassing." you said as you took a deep breath trying to gain it back since you where laughing so hard. Soon the two of you had made it too the center of town, the two of you looked around trying to figure out what you should do first. But as you stood there the smell of food filled the air, causing your stomach to grumble. San looked at you when he heard it his eyes going wide in shock.

"We'll get something to eat first." he said chuckling as he grabbed onto your hand going to one of his favorite restaurants. You look down shyly as San dragged you a long, Soon the two of you reached the restaurant and got seated. You picked up the menu to see all of this delicious food so you didn't know how you were going decide. You hummed to yourself as you thought about it. "So what are you going to get?" San asked you causing you to lift your head, you smiled
"Maybe a Hamburger?" you said tilting your head. "I don't know it all looks so good." you said putting a little pout onto your face. San chuckled and shook his head taking the menu your menu away.

"nope you chose the burger and there is no going back now." he said chuckling. Soon your waiter came by and the two of you ordered your food. "So I know we have already gotten to know each other but you never explained to me why you never say Hi to me when I am at your house.. Or even at school." You could tell he was confused, and you smiled a tiny smile as you sipped your water.

"My brother doesn't want me to talk to you, or any of his friends for a matter of fact. He thinks that you guys will 'hurt' me or maybe a bad influence I really don't know his reasoning for it." You explained to San with a small giggle at the end. San stifled a laugh causing you to tilt your head confused.

"I knew your brother was over protective but damn." he said chuckling softly. You nodded your  head softly, not thinking much about it the words that came out of your mouth next surprised  San.

"You can't tell my brother!" you say in a panic you smile softly and look down pushing your hair behind your ear once again. You look back up at him "I mean if he even figures out you said Hi to me he'll loose it so if he knows I spent a whole day with you I can only imagine what will happen." you say softly looking at San. But the entire time you where talking he was smiling. "Yah I'm serious!" You whined crossing your arms over your chest.

"I know I know." he said softly, you kept the pout on your face. Making San feel bad. "I promise I won't say anything Y/N." You kept the pout on your face just a little while longer till you began to smile

"good." you said and soon as you said that the food came. After the two of you ate, you walked around town. You went into multiple stores, and even went into an arcade. The two of you for the past hour have been trying to win this one plushie that San had really wanted. Of course you wanted it too but he really wanted it more. San had ran out of coins trying to get that one plushie,

"maybe next time." he said pouting and began to walk away. You smiled since you had found it cute. You held your last four coins in your hand and out them into the claw machine. You concentrated on the plushie that San had wanted and soon enough you had gotten the plushie you jumped up and down once you saw it fall in. You squatted down and reached in grabbing the plushie. You had to admit you wanted to keep it for yourself but since you where a good person you ran over to San tapping him on his shoulder.

"Sannie!" you said excitedly he turned around and saw the plushie his eyes almost immediately lighting up, but soon went back to being sad

"You got the plus congrats." he said with a small fake smile you shook your head and held the plush out to him.

"I got it for you silly here." you said putting the plush into his hands. All of a sudden San hugged you tightly causing you to giggle and pat his back, you didn't realize how happy this would make him. He soon let go of the hug and looked at you,

"you are amazing, like the best person on planet earth." he said as he began to walk again. You walked besides him and shook your head at him being silly.  As you were walking you pulled out your phone to check the time to see that it was almost dinner time and woo young had been blowing up your phone with calls and text. You went wide eyed, and stooped in you tracks causing San to look confused

"what's wrong?" he asked you. You sighed

"I had a really fun time today but I have to go home my brother is looking for me." you said you're lips turning into a frown. San smiled hearing you had a good time, happy that he could make your day.

"aww its okay I'll walk you-" he stopped himself knowing you would say no, you smiled

"its okay I can walk home alone. Thanks for a good time." you said softly and began to walk away, before you could continue you walking San had run in front of you

"wait give me your phone." he said holding out his hand. You made a 'huh' sound and handed the phone to him. He began to type away, and you looked confused he saw this and giggled. "I just added my contact and texted myself so I have your number that's all." he said softly and you smile your cheeks becoming a light pink. "get home safely and text me when you arrive okay?" he asked softly and you nodded your head. You began to walk away and smiled. Today was the best day ever and you couldn't believe it even happened.
