Forgotten

Chief on alert

Hey sorry if this would be a boring chapter, just tell me if it is I don't proof read my writing, I just write.

Sometimes in life you just have to loosen up, to let all your anxiety, incecurity and doubs be free from your mind, you have to take a dare that would either make you glad you did it or regret it.

For Danna, the good girl in her school it was drinking, she always had a fear for drinking, for her mind to get fuzzy and then do something stupid that will haunt her for the rest of her life.

But as Gale said she had to take a dare sometimes.

"We only live once! Three shots please!"

Gale said as he slammed the table with his fist, Eliot and Danna standing awkwardly at his side.

They were in a club, Midnight owl to be exact, and after a horrible day for Danna, who was being bullied at school, Gale wanted them to cheer up, so this was his solution.

Even though they were all underage, Gale always had his ways with fake ID's.

The bartender gave them their drinks and Danna brought it to her nose, only to turn away by the smell.

"It stinks!" Eliot agreed, passing the drink back on the table.

The bartender looked at them with amusement before running off to another customer calling his name.

"Drink it, it will make you forget about today" Gale encouraged, bringing the drink back into his hands.

"On a count of one...two...three!!" They all downed their drinks in one go.

A sour and vile taste slipped into Danna's mouth, nullifying her, making her cough at the at the strong taste, she heard Eliot in the background spit his out, yelling in disguist.

"Some way to forget! Now I will never get that taste out my mouth!" Eliot shouted at his smirking brother.

That night it was filled with many drinks, regrets and drunken dancing, the world inside the club shining like thousands of starts before her eyes, she didn't feel any pain, any sadness, she just danced, she danced the night away.

She felt free.

"I need to make a call" Danna said, looking at the shaking shop keeper dead in his eyes.

Reading his name tag which said Leo, he nodded his head and reached for his phone swiftly, handing it to her with shaking hands.

Dialing the number the phone ringed for a while.

"Hey where am I? By the way?" Danna breathed, the shop keeper looked warily  at her.

"England,  Ashford" He stated simply, gulping as a question popped into his mind.

"E-excuse me...but are you on drugs?" He said looking at her attire with an uncomfortable expression.

She probably did look like a hooker on drugs, and escapee.

"999 what's your amergency?" The voice cut through their conversation.

"H-hey I need help, there's been an attack in the hospital 'Good Joy'" Danna stuttered.

"Situation?" She already said that!.

"Attack and victim of attemptive murdure" Leo's eyes bulged out his sockets and he took a step back.

"Don't worry we'll be there just hang on"

The police came in the next fifteen minutes, Danna laughed in her head, if she was still in the building she would be already dead.

"Miss, if you don't want to get into trouble calling the police isn't the best way" Leo continued, Danna spared him a glance and walked out the shops once she saw the lights and the police siren blaring loudly.

Her parents that she also called ran up to her with fearful expressions, crushing her into a hug and kissing her forehead in relief.

"Are you okay dear?" Lilith exclaimed,

Looking for any injuries, when she saw her swollen ankle she signaled to one of the police officers that were examining the area to take a look on her.

"Don't worry Ma'am the ambulance is on the way" And the ambulance did come, doctors running to her aid and filing out the awaking doctors and nurses from the hospital she escaped from.

"May I ask some questions?" One of them said, looking at her, Danna explained all the occurances as they wrapped her in a blanked to escape the cold weather m, her parents patted her back as she continued with her story.

The others went in the building with guns in their hands to see if her story was true.

Their chief that was called in led the group in the building, noticing the bullet holes in the walls.

"How can all the people here just sleep straight away?" He muttered, a police officer on his right tapped his shoulder.

"Sir, it could be caused by halothane vapour that was released from the pipes, or else known as Fluothane" He stated, the chief looked at him in surprise and then looked at the vents and pipes.

"Then the question is why did that girl not sleep and why was she still awake?" The Chief pondered, thinking deeply with brows furrowed.

"Miss Loenne Sir and she did say she was a victim before by an unknown suspect" The officer corrected him again, the Chief huffed,

"I don't want anyone who is in good condition to leave these premises, I need to question them all and Miss Loenne".

"Yes Chief"

Danna rubbed her forehead, her eyes tired with dark patches under her eyes, she needed rest, again.

"Miss we ask of you to stay here for more questioning-" The female officer said once she heard the report over their radio.

"She is not staying anywhere!, She is coming home" Sam stood up, crossing his arms angrily.

"I understand sir but-"

"NO! You do not understand, she has been a victim twice now! In a row, hasn't even been two weeks, she is coming HOME!"

Sam pointed his finger at the officer, the police put her hands on her hip.

"She'll need more questioning later, I trust that she will stay at home?" She decided.

"Yes she will, thankyou" Lilith finally said, helping Danna on her feet, they went into their black ford car and swiveled away from the hospital, the silence settling in.

"So...pizza?" Sam said after a while, Danna busrt into laughter as Lilith slapped his arm.

Atleast everything was okay with them.
