Chapter 8: Truth or Dare + Kira opens the Scroll and the Chest

"So, what do we do now?", asked Kai.

"Can we do something privately?", Lucky and Leira asked at the same time.

"Okay", answered Lloyd.

"Have fun!", said Nya as the RC go to their tent.

"Let's play 'Truth or Dare'", suggested Clara as the rest agreed, then she turned to Kira,"Kira, truth or dare?".

"Truth", she said.

"Seriously!?!", said Maddy.

"Yes", answered Lucky,"Every time we play Truth or Dare, she always pick 'truth'. Is it okay if I can't join the game?".

"If you're too busy, yes", answered Kira.

"Yay", said Lucky as he proceed to continuing his unfinished drawing,"Finally, I get to continue my drawing".

"I have two questions for you. Is it true that you and your brother got inspired by the Ninja to save Heroville since college?", asked Clara.

"Yes, it's true", answered Kira,"But we're not just inspired by the Ninja, but we're also inspired by our parents. The reason is because we want to be like them".

"Okay. Next question: Do you have a crush on Cole for a very long time?", asked Clara making everyone grinned and reacted,"Yeeeeet!".

"How did you guess?", asked Kira.

"We saw it", said Jimmy.

"Jimmy is right", said Tammy,"We saw the cutest moment ever".

"My favorite part is when Cole said that you'll be his perfect match", said Amy.

"Ours too", said the rest.

Later...

"I want you to choose 'dare', Kira", suggested Gale.

"No", protested Kira,"I feel like some dares are inappropriate for me".

"Come on. Please", said Elise.

"No, not this time", Kira protested again.

"Come on, Kira. Just for a bit", said Leira.

"No thank you", Kira protested thrice.

"You've never chosen 'dare' before", said Gambo.

"Fine", she sighed,"I'm choosing 'dare'".

Everyone cheered.

"I dare you to confess to Cole about your feelings for him", said Jimmy.

"I dare you to kiss him on the cheek", Clara whispered to Kira.

"Aren't you guys curious about me having a relationship with Cole?", asked Kira.

"Yes!", answered the rest.

"I'll save it for later, okay? I promise I'll be doing dares, but later", said Kira.

"Okay", they responded.

"But remember the dares we gave you", reminded Clara.

"Okay", said Kira as she goes to check the chest and the scroll.

After they play 'Truth or Dare', Kira goes to check on the chest and the scroll. When, she sees them, she looks at every feature around them carefully.

When she finds the key to open the scroll, she removes the lid firmly, pulls out the scroll and reads in ancient Herovillian language,"Only someone who opened the scroll is the one opening the Ancient Herovillian Chest".

That's when she starts opening the chest and it was the bracelet and tries it on (A/N: The picture above is almost what it looks like except that the color of it is gold). That's when she starts feeling more powerful than ever. She manages to take it off and put it back in the chest. That's also when she's more responsible than before. She keeps it in a secured place.

'No one should have this much power. It's too powerful and really dangerous', she thought to herself.

After that, she goes outside the temple to see what's going on.
