dated: 1 year and 7 months-
life was in the way, yeah pretty dumb. but in reality you both felt too hurt and lonely that you thought a break would be good. you both "ended" in good terms. if anything you kept in touch a lot afterwards.
"the crowd was crazy! everyone was singing and jumping- did you see taehyung slip on stage" he laughed on the other side of the phone.
"no, i didn't see but i'm sure i'll be seeing videos later" you giggled.
"yeah"
"yeah" your smile faded.
you both kept hiding your feelings. how could someone be so good at pretending their break up wasn't effecting them. it's been two weeks and neither of you have mentioned it to anyone, because like you both said, "it was a break"

people got in your head. those people were your "friends". they didn't believe you were compatible or that you actually knew him. the fact they laughed at you, made you very upset.
"i don't believe he even knows you" they laughed
"come on!! he's famous- it won't last. he's too perfect for you y/n! come to your senses" they continued to gossip.
it broke your heart and you somehow believed them.
"i just really thought we had something good" he confessed.
"i'm sorry" tears rolled down silently.
after you hung up the phone, you couldn't stop crying. you both already knew your feelings towards each other- well at least he thought. the two of you definitely knew it was for the long run, but all good things come to can end, don't they?

he left to s. korea that night. sadly he wasn't able to accompany you at the clinic. a few days passed and jungkook decided it was time to hear from you.

jungkook cried after he sent it. you broke down when you finished reading his text. it was harsh reality, but you both had to realize that in order to continue a relationship, there shouldn't be serious differences that could potentially ruin your relationship.
