a/n: happy new year everyone. the last chapter of 2019!! 2020 here we come :)

jin;
you both blew each other a kiss through the phone. due to him being in new york for a performance, facetime was the only way to wish him a happy new year. though it was hours after the new year celebration in new york, you didn't mind, even if he had to wait all day because of time zones. at least you got to see him smile.
"happy new year love. i promise to give you many kisses when i'm back" he swore.

suga:
your first new years spent together was also your first new years kiss, after being together for years. you were glad he hosted the party and that he invited his members and a few of your friends. when the screens volume was turned up, everyone counted at thirty. your back was against yoons chest as you counted loud together with taehyung and jin. finally the time reaching zero.
"happy new year y/n" you turned your head to the side and let him kiss you.

j-hope:
it was during the first stages of your relationship, no one knew about you two. you had been waiting backstage watching his performances with his members. he wasn't able to give you the kiss right when the clock hit 12 but a kiss is better then no kiss from hoseok.
"happy new year" he pulled away and smiled widely at you.

rm:
you both decided to spend new years with his parents for the first time as a couple. you got closer to his mother when you helped her cook. joons heart flattered when he saw you too chatting like old friends. that's when he realized he didn't want to see any other woman near his mom that wasn't you. you were a bit taken back when joon attacked you after it hit 12am.
"happy new year" he pulled away from the passionate kiss.

jimin:
you had the most beautiful view in front of you as well as jimin. all alone, with him by your side as you watched the clock and enjoyed the city lights from up in the hill. he had rented out the whole park just for you and him. it surprised a bit but didn't complain. jimin couldn't believe he had someone like you by his side. and he wanted to show you how special you were to him.
"happy new year y/n" he pecked your lips softy.

v:
it saddened you that for the first time in a few years, tae wasn't able to give you the new years kiss he'd always give you. you understood his job but that didn't stop you from sending him a sweet text. you knew he would be able to respond because of time zones. he did however send you a message when he was able to.
"happy new yearrrr!!!! to my one and only" his lips the smacked a few times, sending kisses.

jungkook:
the place every celebrity spends their time at in new years. new york city. not only was bts performing but so were you. you were both glad that you had this part of your schedule so it wasn't difficult. everyone had eyes on you and him when the ball dropped. jungkook being the best boyfriend he is- showed his love and affection towards you with major pda.
"happy new year my love" he pulled you back up from the passionate kiss.
