Dudes be lying for a slice of the honey pie
Till there ain't nothing left for me
Didn't even ask if I was hungry
If I was aching for a taste too
Them
Spoon in they mouth
And crumbs on they lips
Snicker like a child who got caught stealing from the cookie jar
Boldly
With a twinkle in their eye and no apologetic nature
I mean I guess I shouldn't be mad
Cause I left it out
On the counter
Unattended for
No note or nothing
I guess I was an open invitation
I mean I guess their hungry eyes couldn't wait to lick the wip cream off my honey pie
Couldn't wait to taste the fluffy texture
Airy and light
Light in their mouths
And heavy in their bellies
Their bellies
Damn
