It seems that, under further experimentation, people who are not time traveling at that time will not notice time-space shifts. This is probably because, to the brain, it has always been in that universe, is now shifted time space continuum: in other words if you affect the past nobody but you will notice.This provides stunning evidence to the theory of multiple universes.
