I am sitting on a stool in the middle of a stone room, "I—" the air is rather heavy here "I don't know."

"Think back to when you woke up here. What did you think."

I'm struggling to remember, I lean back in my chair. It's a rocking chair. I need to stop this. "I should have listened to him." 

He told me I should have stopped, I didn't listen

"William."

I should have killed him then. It could have stopped.

"I should have listened."

"To whom, William?"

I fall off my stool and fall against the wood wall, "I forget."
