V1. Chapter 3. Hell for extraordinary students! (Part 1)

As we entered the place, many people were watching us, it seems all of them recognized that Peko and Zenith were Demi-Humans and somehow everyone knows that I'm a foreigner. With Drakon leading us, we entered a house that was kind of big, it seems it is the general's house, it was a two-story building and it was very wide.

"Oh yeah, our general is also some kind of mayor here, and don't be surprised or he will be pissed, he has quite a short temper" said the man with a huge build in a peaceful voice...

When Drakon opened the door, we saw an... elf? Coming to us, the doubt in my thoughts was because no elf is this huge. He still was smaller than Drakon, but elves usually had slender appearance. His eyes were sharp, and his hair was short, he also has a vertical scar on his right cheek and a horizontal one on the left part of his neck... wow that must have been a really close call for decapitation...

The elf with a robust appearance that had some lightweight armor on came to us as if he knew we were coming to this place and said to us.

"Welcome, my name is Plate, and I am the general of this place"

"Oh, hello, my name is Ardha, these fellows here are Peko and Zenith, and as it seems you already know, they are Demi-Humans from the Underworld" I said, containing my amused face from the rule breaking elf in front of me. I thought that if I hid something from him, I would be chopped to pieces... or worse. Well, it didn't seem they were hostile.

"Yes, I noticed, so, going to the point, what do you want in this small village?" Said Plate with a serious tone

"Umm, we came on a mission from Zenith's parents to learn from the Earth realm and train" Said Peko, shying away at Plate's gaze.

"We came in peace" added Zenith that thought that bit of information was necessary.

"Well, you two are pretty weak, so I thought it would be something like that" Said Plate with an understanding look

"Emm, how did you know we were Demi-Human and furthermore, why aren't you capturing us?" Asked Peko curiously and watching her words to make it sound the politest she can must.

The elf raised an eyebrow and said, "Didn't your senders told you?"

"Well, I almost slipped away, so they had to take me without giving us too much information as time ran short with the teleportation portal..." Said Zenith truthfully.

"Pfff, Hahahhahahhaa! That's hilarious..." was laughing Drakon at that, and it seemed Plate had a smirk on his face containing a laugh too.

"Well, that explain some things, this village is a neutral zone as we have been raided by Earth's races and Underworld's races, as long as they come in peace, we don't really care, and we have enough manpower in this village to make quite a disturbance everywhere" said Plate

"And to answer your other question, we have been at the border of the Underworld by a few centuries, we can detect them even if they come with a seal, like those necklaces of yours" Completed Drakon

"Ohh, that's why..." said Zenith aloud while thinking, it seemed Peko, Drakon and Plate knew what he was thinking as they nodded.

"Well, that solves many questions, but how do you know that I am a foreigner?" I asked.

At this, both of Drakon and Plate shrugged, the elf said "Well, we all had some kind of... vision if I may call it, and it said that we would recognize foreigners when we saw one... and it seems its true, you have a different kind of... aura on you, it's really strange"

'Hmm, so that's how they did it...' I thought to myself and then said, "Well, may I ask where we can get a place to rest and to train?" my day is already finishing, and I need a place to train to make do of the month, after all, I leveled up quite a few times and I don't want my skills to be below my level.
