As light shined upon them through the window of the motel room. They awoke. Their eyes puffy as could be. Their motivation to find the truth, fading as did their freedom.

They were bound to the fact that they weren't sure of who possibly killed Taehyung. Surely, they should've began doubting themselves. Although, Hoseok's words were stuck in their heads like a catchy tune. Except this tune was a nightmare.

Jimin sighed, "We should keep moving forward. If we stay here too long, we risk being found." He put on a jacket to cover his freezing body.

Yoongi nodded and ran his fingers through his hair, "You're right. We can take the bus from here to the next town." He sighed.

His corrupted body was growing weaker. This whole situation had put all this stress on him that finally it began taking it's toll. Nights were getting harder and mornings were the absolute worse. He had to face the music, his brother was dead and he was the accused.

The younger boy noticed how visibly exhausted the other was. He walked over to his side of the bed and sat next to him. His hand intertwined with his. Yoongi looked at the younger and back at their hands. The other smiled slightly as to say, "We will be okay."

His heart felt a bit more assured and so he got up. He put on his white t-shirt, black pants, and black jacket. They had a few things that they had bought in the store that was located down the street from the motel. They grabbed a plastic bag and put everything in there and than began walking, making sure to leave the room key in the lobby.

The road was a long dirt road. It looked like a scene from a horror movie. In a way, this was their own horror movie. They headed up the road to the bus stop. There were seats in which you could wait in and so they sat and kept an eye out for the bus.

"You know, this is the last thing I ever saw us doing," Yoongi admitted, "I thought the first time we would hang out together would be watching a movie or something. Not running from the law."

Jimin smiled a bit, "I mean as long as we have each other now." He always tried to be optimistic, but right now that seemed impossible. If he was honest, the older made him feel happy for that moment. He had actually thought about what they would do the first time they hung out. So had he, he thought about it in the shower, bed, when he was eating, etc. For now, he had to put that aside. There were more important things at hand than his feelings for Yoongi.

Next to the bus stop was a payphone. Since there were no signs of a bus arriving soon, the boys decided to call Hoseok hoping he could finally explain.

They inserted a few coins into the phone, enough for a few minutes. The phone began to ring. Jimin stood next to Yoongi, hearing the faint ringing sound. Finally, someone picked up.

"Hello?" Hoseok responded.

"Hoseok, explain to me everything you know." Yoongi demanded.

Silence. All that was heard was the other's breathing, till finally he took a deep breath and began.

"Okay. Yoongi, I'm sorry to tell you this but your brother was dating a dangerous guy," He admitted, "Jeon Jungkook, he's someone who no one wants to deal with. He's the son of a very powerful man. He has a lot of money, but his son. His son, is the true devil here."

Yoongi held his breath. He felt his heart drop, "Continue..."

Hoseok took a deep breath, "Jungkook was dating your brother. Taehyung was enamoured with him. I mean he was completely blinded by love. Jungkook got your brother to murder people for him."

Yoongi felt rage in the pit of his stomach. His hands began to shake as Hoseok continued. Jimin could hear parts of what Hoseok was saying, but not enough to understand the severity of the situation.

"Now, I'm not sure if Taehyung was killed by Jungkook. I mean in a fucked up way, Jungkook loved what your brother was doing for him," He sighed, "There could be many people who were out to kill Tae and attempt to frame it on you."

Yoongi took a deep breath, "Thanks for telling me Hobi. I appreciate it. I'll call you later on. Bye." He hung up the phone immediately and fell on his knees. Jimin caught him on his way down, but also fell down with him.

The older began to sob and hold his hands to his chest, "Why? Why? Why couldn't I protect him Jimin?!" He exclaimed.

Jimin's heart fell to the ground and shattered at the sight of the sobbing man. He held him close to his chest. Yoongi cried and yelled into his chest. The younger could only caress his head and tell him, "It wasn't your fault. We can still protect him now."

Yoongi continued crying and there they stayed till the bus finally arrived. And many people couldn't help but stare at the sight of the two helpless, homeless looking boys.

They got on the bus. Jimin took the edge seat while Yoongi got the window. He stared at the nothingness of the desert and focused on the ache of his heart. He soon fell asleep from the exhaustion that catched up to him.

Jimin felt the man's head rest on his shoulder and they both fell asleep. Sweet dreams wouldn't arrive for them. Instead a haunting image appeared.

"Taehyung."
