You were walking through the Starlight guild of Blue Garden. You heard that your best friend Rebecca and her blue cat Happy were back in town. You figured she'd most likely be back at the guild greeting Clarisse. You had fire ether gear. You were 1 of the 7 people that had ether gear, and everyone knew it. Since your power was so rare, many people wanted to take it from you so they could have it for themselves. This made you practice your ether gear more and more so no one could take it from you. As you enter the guild you see Rebecca and Happy sitting down at a table with someone that you've never seen before. He had jet black hair and onyx eyes. He didn't seem from around here. You took a slight attraction to the male. For only you were very curious about him. As you were in your own imagination, thinking hard about who the male could be, you heard a girl's voice call you over. "Y/N! Y/N! Get over here already! It's been forever!" You look over where the male had been and you saw and blonde girl with blue eyes call you over. It was your best friend Rebecca. "Hey!" You walked over and greeted. "How have ya been? It's been awhile since we've seen each other! How was the planet Granbell? Did you find anything?" You asked her. "More like someone.." She sweat dropped and gave a nervous smile. "You see..I was just walking around with Happy and all of a sudden a big giant cat came and almost attacked us! And out of nowhere this guy right here jumped down and saved us just in time!" The blonde continued to explain the entire story and how all of the robots on Granbell went insane and tried to nearly kill them. You gasped in aw of how they had a crazy adventure in such little time of being on the planet for barely a day. "So you said he came out of nowhere and saved you? What's his name? He doesn't really seem like he's been around civilization much at all..." You looked over and saw the weird male running around, examining people and asking every human, creature, and robot to be his friend. Is he insane? He could end up getting hurt if he makes the wrong move or asks the question... Well..not like he hasn't already.. "Well, his name is Shiki. Shiki Granbell." Rebecca had answered. "Granbell? After the planet?" You asked out of curiosity. "Yes. You see, he doesn't really have a last name. So he took to name of the planet he lived on for so long." "I see..." Then out of nowhere Shiki came up to you smiling widely while placing his hand out for you to shake. "I'm Shiki. Wanna be my friend?!" You could see that he was blushing lightly and his hand was shaking a bit. He seemed a little nervous when he asked you, but not nervous for anyone else that he had asked. "Sure! We'll be friends from now on." And from then, you were always friends. Currently, you were laying on the ground, slowly dying. You had hoped that Shiki would reach you in time to save you. But, time was running out, and fast. You and your crew were on the planet known as Digitalis. Amira, disguised as Homura, and gotten you alone and stabbed you. You were the only one who had figured it all out. She was an imposter who had snuck into the crew. Amira knew all along that you had known, but didn't want to make anything seem obvious. My eyes were slowly closing. My heart was slowly down. It had gotten harder to breath. You were all alone. All you could think about was your crush, Shiki. You had loved him all along. Ever since you laid eyes on him. You had hoped that he had felt the same. But even so, that love can't bring you back once your dead. You heard a voice. A male voice. Very familiar to your ears. A voice you had loved for so long. The voice had belong to Shiki. "Y/N!!! HOLD ON, IM COMING!" The running footsteps were getting closer and closer. Soon enough they were right next to you. Shiki's arms had began to hold you against his warm, beating chest. All you could hear was his heartbeat and his heavy breathing. "Please please please stay with me! Y/n!!!" "Shiki..thank you..for being my friend. There's something I've wanted to say for awhile now..something important.." "What is it! Say something!" He began to cry loudly. "I..lo-" Before you could finish, Amira came from behind and stabbed you in the heart. She was fiercely smirking down at you. "If you love him so much..maybe he can die along side you as well.." And with that she had stabbed Shiki in the stomach as well and walked off with a bloody knife in her right hand. "I..love you too..y/n..Stay. with. Me..." That day, the 2 had realized that their crush had loved them just as much as they loved them. But, they could no longer live their lives the way they wanted to together...
