Quirk description: This quirk allows the user to emit a substance that when comes in contact to something ( ex. Tree or human), it will instantly freezes it, leaving it in suspense animation.
Quirk range: Med and long range
Additional info:
-they can be also effected by their own quirk
-can create weapons with substance like swords or hammers.
-effects wear off after 1hr or until the user decides to unfreeze the object or person.
Drawbacks: like the name implies, the user will get extreme frostbite if over used.
