Quirk descript.: This quirk allows the user to absorb, create, and release electricity, like a battery.
Quirk range: Med to close combat
Quirk type: Emmiter
Drawbacks: If overused, the user could electrocute themselfs leading to muscle spasm. They also will become paralyzed and burned.
Add info:
- user quirk can overheat if overused too.
- quirk becomes powerful the more anger the user feels.
- since this is a pretty powerful quirk, user doesn't develop quirk until there 13-14 years old.
SUPER MOVE(s):
Shock Pocket Mania: User gives off enough volts to shock people within a 25 meter radius, can the them to be paralyzed.
