Description: this quirk name is literally the quirk, the user will be able to generate electric tendrils. ( think about Deku and black whip but Lighting shape)
Drawbacks: The user will be in pain if overused ( about 30 minutes), and they might get electrocuted to the point were they'll be in the same state like Kaminari when he overused his quirk and became.... derpy.
Add. Info:
-the user has a unique hereditary trait in which his family has diffrent colors lightning, so they're father could have blue lightning and the mother green Lighting, but then the user could have pink lightning( are you getting it )
-the users tendrils can stretch to about 50 meters, if trained they could stretch it to 400 meters ( pretty far )
-the user also possesses a little bit of static electricity, so they cling to walls if they wanted to but it wont hold them for long.
Super mOvEs....sorry:
ZipZap: the user can make their tendrils go through one target to the next, soon forming into a chain of people getting shocked. ( great when facing a group of people (a.k.a villains))
Lightning wraps: the user wraps the tendrils around either they're arms or legs so they can fight with close combat attacks ( Basically Full cowl but it doesn't increase the user strength but the users speed ).
