5. Discussing the Future.

SEVERUS' POV

Go change and meet me at my office so we could apparated. Albus has lifted the wards to allow me apparition and ensure our privacy.

She shows up wearing a pair of grey trousers , a black tight turtleneck and a deep green coat. She is breathtaking as always.

I put my hand around her waist and pull her close to achieve successful apparition. Her cheeks redden and I feel awkward.

I have chosen a muggle restaurant, far away from Hogwarts to ensure our privace.

- We will have a salad, 2 Mediterranean first courses and two salmon filets as main. One bottle of Pinot Grigio is fine.

I can feel her eyes on me and I feel so nervous. She is looking at me with expectation.

-First of all, you will address me as Severus and of course I will call you Charlotte, is that agreed? I ask her.

"Thank you, Severus" she replies taking her time to pronounce my name as if she is actually testing it.

I feel happiness when I hear my name coming out of her lovely lips.

- I will explain you the procedure and then we could exchange some questions regarding ourselves

Charlotte nods and I continue:

-The first thing to do is actually write to the Ministry that we have agreed to wed each other. They will confirm our letter stating the exact date. I hope they will give us at least 1 month. We can go shopping for proper attire, rings and whatever else we might need. We will also need witnesses. I would propose Draco from my side and I am willing to accept anyone by yours. The Wizarding Marriage is in fact an Unbreakable Vow. Therefore we will commit to each other for loyalty and support throughout the rest of our lives. If the Law is out turned, then there might be the option of a divorce, which I will be willing to discuss but only if no children are yet produced.

Charlotte interrupts me and I feel my stomach tightened: " I am not willing to divorce you, Severus. I take our marriage seriously, despite the Law".

I want to stand up and hug her right there, but I restrain myself from doing so.

Instead, I suppress a smile and continue:

"The hard part is the consummation. Since the Law requires 2 children, 1 within 2 years of marriage and the second one within 5 years of marriage, unless first pregnancy is with twins, we are obliged to consummate the marriage not only within the same day of our marriage but also on a weekly basis. "

Charlotte drops her gaze to her hands and blushes. Was I too straight-forward?

I feel like shit and continue in an awkward voice "No marriage is valid without consummation, I am sure you understand it"

"It's not that, Severus" she whispers blushing even further.

"It's that I have never been in any romantic relationship before. I am " she trails off

"Are you a virgin ? it will be your first time ?" I ask and the panic arisen is obvious in my voice

"I am . I haven't even been kissed by anyone. You will be my first kiss, my first sleep with another man, my first sex... my first everything" she admits and turns her eyes to lock them with mine.

"I will take care of you, I promise" I reply with a faint smile.

"Will we stay at Hogwarts?"
