The Escape Isn't Close

Introduction

What the- my thought was interrupted by a loud noise in the distance. Crap, I can't see a thing.

I tried making my way through the darkness and quietness and made it to another wierd place. Where the hell am I?

I looked around, but there wasn't much to see, other than the wierd looking birds and wierd red sky.

THUD

What was that? Something fell? From where? What? There is literally nothing around here! What the actual-

- Oh, excuse me miss! Are you...new around here?
- Huh? Oh yeah... why? Who are you and what is this place? What am I even doing here-
- Now, now, hold on with the questions. I can't answer them all at once, hahahahaha!

I turned around to see the man's face and-
THUD

- Oh my, oh my. You are a clumsy lady are you not? he said while holding a hand for me.

What the hell is this guy? He was around 190 centimeters tall, red and had a wierd looking face with doll like eyes.

- Are you going to stay down there forever? Hahahahahahahha. said the guy, laughing again.
-Oh, right. Sorry.
-No problem miss! My pleasure. the guy smiled.
- Now can you tell me where am I and what am I doing here?
- Oh right. Uhm, you see-
- EYO MILNO! COME HERE WITH THE NEWBIE ALREADY! a woman interrupted.
- Right up Shico! the red man, supposedly called Milno, grabbed my hand and ran torwards the woman. Now we are in a somewhat type of town with different colored buildings.
-What's your name kid? asked Shico.
-Uhm, Vefurio.
-Huh. What a wierd name you have there lady.
Says the one with the wierd names and bodies.
-Oh gosh...Alright. You are goingggg....hmmmm....THERE! she yelled, pointing at a black building after searching for it. Milno gasped.
-What? I asked.
- The-the black building? A-are you sure Shico? Let me see.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON? WHY IS IT SO BAD THERE? You know what? I give up. I don't care where I go as long as I can rest. I...am very...tired.
-HEY MILNO WATCH OUT! the woman yelled.

Milno gasped and ran to catch me.
-Hey, Vefurio! Are you okay? What's wrong? Speak to me.
-I...wanna go rest...I'm tired... I say and everything goes black.

After a couple hours, I woke up in a strange room with...Knives? And candles? What...

I got up from my bed and looked around the room I was in. But it wasn't long until Milno came in.

-Heyyy, miss Vefurio! You're awake! Glad to see you're okay! he came in smiling.
- Yeah, yeah. What is this room? I said rolling my eyes.
- It's yours! he trew his arms in the air.
-It's what? now I'm more confused. Where is my ... wait...don't tell me...no, that can't be right..stupid thoughts!
-Hey...are you okay Vefu?
-Uhm- wait, what did you just call me? I raised a brow at him.
-Vefu! It shall be your new nickname!
-It shall not. Don't.
-Hmph. You're no fun Vefu~!
-Shut up already.
-Let's go downstairs to meet with your housemates!
-My what- WHOA HEY HOLD ON! I almost tripped you big pepper!

He grabbed me and dragged me downstairs where I saw other strange looking people. You've got to be kidding me...

- Vefu, these people will live in the same house as you do! It's Corho, Mona, Melimo and Curia!

Corho was a blue guy with a very slim body and around my height, wich was 177 cm. Looks like he doesn't care much.

Mona was a lovely cute pink girl with red horns and a yellow tail with a heart at the end. She looks excited for some reason.

Melimo was a boy younger than me, probably 10 from the looks of it, and had a green colored skin. He seems shy.

And Curia ...she was...peculiar....huh....she didn't show any signs of life...just an empty sac of flesh and blood. Even her skin color was normal.

-Done with the introductions now! Vefurio! You have your room next to Melimo since your ages are close and if you need anything call me! he said and slipped a number to me.
-Okay. I say and left to my room.

I still can't wrap my head around it. What is this place? How did I get here? Why am I here? And all of these questions required an answer.

Knock knock knock
-Come in! I yell.
-Yo. says...

-Curia?
-Yea. We need to get out of here. she said coldly, dead serious.
-Wait, hold on. Why? Do you know what this place even is?
-*sigh* yes...and you wouldn't like to know...at least not now. she says looking away.
-Okay? Then... how do we get out?
- I have a plan...

Well folks, this is the preview. I will coninue trying to write parts everyday so I can post the chapters as quick as I can, but you'll have to wait. ;^^. Now then, leave your imagination to what you think this place is and what the plan is. And more importantly, who is Curia and who is Vefurio. Even more, think about what they did since they are very similar and why the black building is so bad. Oh, and how do you think Vefurio looks like?
I will post in the first chapter some of these information, but I want you to comment what you think this is.
