What Is Love? [Lancelot Fanfic]

chapter 2

Third pov
It's been 2 weeks since that day and Lance has completely changed. He stopped telling jokes, and he started training way more than he usually would. Of course no one took notice of this, they all were actually enjoying the new lance (stupid jerks).

   Lance had been alone but that was until one night while he was singing to himself someone or someone's were listening to him.

When lance had finished singing he had some tears on his face. He was gonna wipe them off when he heard little squeaking. He turned and looked around the room and saw the mice listening to him.
    
      He chuckles to himself when the mice started running towards him squeaking at him. " What are you guys doing here? " They squeaked and he just guessed " Did you hear me singing? " The mice squeaked and nodded there heads. And from that day on for the next week the mice would go to Lance's room at night and listen to him sing or him talking about the team.

Time skip morning- breakfast
Lance came into the dining room and he was the first one their. He grabbed a plate of food goo and sat down at the far end of the table.

   Slowly everyone started to file in and started their own conversation ignoring the blue Paladin. The mice ended up coming to the dining room and went straight to lance confusing Allura when she saw them.
    
     Lance hadn't been eating his food goo so he ended up feeding it to the mice with a small smile on his face. Allura then spoke up "Lance why aren't you eating? " By then everyone had turned to Lance and the mice. "I'm not very hungry" he said in a monotone voice. "Then don't waste food next time" Shiro said. "Yes sir" That shocked shiro 'since when does Lance refer to me as sir'.

    Shiro didn't have a chance to ask because then Allura spoke up,
" Alright paladins today you all are free to do what you want". With that cheers went around the room and because of that no one noticed that Lance had left the room. The mice then went to Allura and talked to her about how Lance had been taking care of them (they left out the singing and stories) when Allura looked up to thank Lance she saw that he had already left.

   Confused Allura asked the team if they had seen were Lance went most shrugged but then Kieth spoke up " Well he better be doing something useful so that he can stop holding the team down". With those words everyone agreed earning mad squeaking from the mice who then left to find Lance. No one aware of someone listening into their conversation.

Lance's POV
I stayed behind and heard what Keith had said and when everyone agreed with him my heart just started hurting.  I decided to just go to the training room for the day
