Remi's POV

We walked out of the portal to see a graveyard. It was misty and foggy as we could barely see anything that wasn't 10 feet in front of us. I look around and sniff the air to smell the scent of rain all around us.

"What a good zelfer Kago! Such a good zelfer!" I hear my elzarea behind me praise Kago. "You should've taught him more Remi, he seems out of shape from his abilities."

I signed. "Well elzarea, if I remember correctly, I didn't know that zelfers could do such things."

She shrugged her shoulder's as my other elzarea stood beside her rolling her eyes. "Where are we Remi?"

"It's where grandmother's grave is. She should be around here somewhere." Gina replied to Kiara as she climbed off my back and began to look at each grave closely reading them.

"It's really misty out here, where exactly are we Gina?" Kathe ask Gina as I held tight to her hand.

"We are on one the Bahama islands. I'm not sure Grandmama is here though but earlier when Remi mention a message on the gravestone, I believe she is right." Gina said remembering something. "I haven't been here since I was young but I do recall a message on her gravestone but it was something I couldn't read. I was young so I could barely read at all so maybe it was English I don't really remember."

She chuckled at the end but I squeezed her hand lightly reassuring her. She sends me a small smile as she then continues looking at the gravestones searching.

"How are you feeling" I ask speaking in my native tongue.

Giggling, she gives me a little smile. "I love your language, its like French very romantic."

"French?" I raise my eyebrow at it as she shakes her head.

"I'm fine Remi, don't worry." She states gently. I give her a worryingly smile knowing it's my fault, I couldn't help but feel guilty and I can tell she sees it. I felt her squeeze my hand this time giving me a reassuring smile. "I don't blame you Remi."

I sign impolitely as I look away into the sky. "I blame myself, I should have never brought you and now because of my selfish choice, I... I could loose you."

She stops me and steps infront of me lifting my chin up a bit. Looking down at her made me smile but I couldn't help but still feel more guilty. She smiles at me and holds my hand within hers as she pulled it close to our chests. "You won't loose me Remi. My grandmama will help me like GG Nami said. I trust her."

I give her a smile as my lips peek her forehead. "And I trust you Gina."

"Good." she whispers as she went back to the search and I decided to help her as well. We search grave by grave until one of my elzarea shouted something.

"Gina! Is this her? Kima Queen?" Tiara said as Gina quickly replied with a 'yes' as we all came to Tiara's side staring her her elzoma's tombstone.

I glance at Gina to see her smiling a little down at the tombstone. I read over it but seen no message of any sort. "There's no message."

Gina looks up at me confuse. "Yes there is, it's right there."

Her finger points down below her memorial at nothing. I tilt my head in confusion as the others did at well.

"I see nothing Gina." Kathe spoke as Kiara agreed with her mate.

"Yes I also see no message." Tiara spoke as well.

Gina looked confused like the rest of us. "But it's right there under her memorial, can you not see it? Am I'm the only one?"

I thought for a moment as I nod. "It could be so, If your elzoma used some type of spell to hide it when only her bloodlines sees."

"Yes, a blood write spell. She wrote it with her blood so only those who come from it can see her message." Tiara spoke. "You'll have to read it for us Gina."

She nods as she then begins to read whatever the message states. "In time of need, I am not deceased. Come to the island that's further at sea."

We all was staring at Gina as she finish and looked at us. "So I guess we gotta go to the furthest island."

"Correct but where?" Kathe ask looking around. "We can barely see out here as it is, maybe we should head back to the ship and find it on there."

"I agree with Kathe, it'll be easier as we also figure out the island's name."
I stated. We all agreed as we made our around calling for Kago. I felt Gina leaning on me more as I can tell her body is weakening more. The medicine must have worn off meaning soon she'll begin to feel the pain again. "Kago boy!"

Whistling, I heard his low bark as I seen his flash of purple blueish fur. I pick Gina up as she could only huff and oblige to it. Once she was on, her weight gave out. "Portal back to the ship Kago!"

He jumped infront of me and stood his paw out as he bark making a portal disk fly out his mouth. I praised him and nod my head for them to go through first. After they did, I went through with Kago behind me. Stepping out we were back on my sisters ship. Switching back to myself, I used my tail to help Gina get into my arms bridal style as she was slowly getting unconscious.

"Put her back in the coma leaf for now." Kathe said as she too was back into her own skin. "Soon she will be screaming for mercy if you don't."

I clench onto her tightly as I nod walking into the medical department ready to put her back in the only thing that is helping her pain at the moment.

"Re-Remi?" she whimpers out as her hand go to her side.

"Yes jiara?" I said as she blush from the nickname as she now understands our language.

"Please... don't leave me." she whimpers out as I bowed my head to connect ours together.

"Never in a million years jiara. I'm here and I'll stay by your side until we wake you up again." I said kissing her lips gently. She nods slowly barely able to do that.

I gently set her down into the leaf's substance as it surrounds her making her sleep once again. Making her ignore the pain she's having. Making her wound slow down it's poisonous process. Making her death approach later then sooner.

And it's all my fault.
