Viridi couldn't stand her reflection.

She felt as if it was a hovering shadow constantly being a burden she couldn't handle on her shoulders.

She glared at her reflection in the mirror with her only pretty feature; her eyes, feeling like complete crap.

She ran up her hands against her thighs and up her prettiest dress all the way to her waist, letting out a broken sigh, when she saw a bright flash of light as some sunlight managed to creep through her window and hit her directly in the iris.

She contemplated her overall look but then decided not to focus on her face, or to be honest with herself, her cat-like eyes.

She guessed she only liked how they seem to change color from blue to green sometimes, or when a hint of brown suddenly shows up, that's what people tell her anyways- she wouldn't know.

Her friends used to call them shape shifting, and it was amusing at the time. Her mind wandered on the same track of thoughts and she had somehow gotten to the reason she loved her name, she had only figured this out the year before but her name was chosen very cleverly. Her name was Viridi which meant green in Latin. She preferred her nickname Vie.

It made her appreciate herself more than usual when she remembered it, it was one thing to thank her parents for anyways. However it didn't distract her from the fact that she hated her body and face, which unfortunately were still there every time she walked past a reflecting surface.

Viridi was too curvy, and she'd tried everything to fix it but as a therapist she knew she was harming her mental health from how much pressure she was putting herself under, so she had decided to give herself some slack.

For a while anyways.

Viridi shook her head lightly and a faint smile lined her mouth as her brown tangles of her tickled her cheeks when they bounced. She decided to focus on what to wear so she looked representable at her first day of work.

Her first day with BTS.

Her first loves.

Her idols.

Her Heaven.

They've been there for her when no one else was. They were there for her when she felt left out and alone in the middle of hundreds of people. They've taught her how to love herself and in turn she decided to learn how make other people love themselves.

They inspired her want to be a therapist, and now she was going to go work for them.

They kept her heavy heart solid and protected it when it broke over and over and over again. She had her pride attacked tons of times because of how much she loved them and showed them off to her friends.

She had been repeatedly been mocked and teased about liking 7 men who all looked the same,
the 7 men who looked like girls,
the 7 men who made ching chong music.

Viridi had been insulted not by how people made fun of her as a person- no one dared anyways, since she had a very lovable personality and she was very popular in school- but of how they completely disregarded the fact that she wouldn't love people if they weren't real and deep.

She wouldn't love people if they didn't have a presence, and if they weren't special. She felt hurt when someone made fun of them, but she never acted rashly.

She was actually very creative with her replies when people really triggered her. "You know what, you could tell them that to their face but I'm sure they don't care about what you're saying though since they are training hard for their award performance."
