Sunday went pretty well since my mother wasn't home. I deep cleaned the whole apartment from top to bottom except my mom's room since she doesn't like me going there, thankfully. I went to the mini market in town for a few groceries to fill up our empty refrigerator. Then with some leftover money for that week's budget, I got myself a burger with fries nearby to eat at the apartment. By the end of putting everything away, eating, and showering it was around 6 p.m. I went to my bed and what was meant to be just a nap became a deep slumber.

...Until my alarm rang from my phone. I reach out across the pillow next to me to turn it off. I lay there for a few seconds rubbing my eyes before quickly sitting up and grabbing my phone to check the day and time. 7:00 a.m Omg! Leave it to me to forget the first day back to uni was today, fuck.

I jump over my bed to stand in front of my drawers across my bed. I quickly grab the first pair of clothes I see and go to my closet to grab a black zip-up hoodie with a denim skirt. I don't have time to iron anything. I go to the bathroom to do my whole morning routine. I am keeping my makeup simple. As I'm flat ironing my hair in a hurry I burn my index finger. Ah, shit stupid iron. I move the iron quickly releasing the hair in it. I turn it off giving up on finishing it. There were only a few strands left anyway. I look at my fingertip, red as hell pulsing from the heat. Hell, this better not be a sign.

I put on some of my rings and small gold hoops. One of the things my dad got for me before he passed. I look at myself in the mirror. I look at the time again. Oh yeah, I have just enough time to get there. I put on my shoes before heading out the door. While going down the elevator to the parking lot I check my notifs and click on Soohyun's.

I get out of my car lock it and walk to the school's main entrance. Thankfully I found a parking spot. While walking I look over my schedule one more time to memorize the numbers for each class and building.

Free period + Lunch

Business Analytics 1-2 pm  M T W TH

Entrepreneurship 2-3:30 pm  M T W

As I wait by the main entrance someone bumps into me. I look up recognizing the familiar perfume. "Oh hey! it's about time you show up, are you trying to make me late too?" I question Soohyun who accidentally bumped into me trying to run to me. "Sorry," She pants out. "But I'm here now, what's your first class?"

"I got sales management, you?" I look at her. "Yeah that's actually why I wanted to go to the office, I wanted to double-check my schedule because it has the classes listed and everything but it doesn't say the times, so yeah. You don't have to come along with me I know your class starts early." I check the time on my phone. I had around five minutes before my class started. "It's okay I'll go with you they'll most likely just be going over introductions and the syllabus."
