Two weeks forward ..

Lani pulled the cover off and swung her feet off the bed , she had been in a very bad place for these last two weeks but she had to pull herself together for today , she haven't been out the house or even talk to
JayCee ..

She was ignoring Mila calls too because of the simple fact she her cousin and she gone leave a random bitch in her house with her nigga , she wasn't blaming her or anybody for the simple fact that JayCee is a grown ass man , if he can't keep his dick in his pants for a couple hours then they shouldn't be together ..

Lani always felt like she shouldn't be with anybody she had to watch , she wasn't his mother she was his girlfriend .

Besides what is the point of an relationship without trust? There is no relationship so she had to let him go .

She walked into her bathroom turning the knob , she wanted to let the water get hot before she got in so she brushed her teeth and washed her face before getting in the shower .

She wasn't no longer mopping around , she had to pull herself together and get out she wasn't mad anymore at anybody and the two week break was much needed .

She slid out her clothes and pulled the shower door open letting the steam hit her face she shivered .

Lani slid into the shower letting the water relax her whole mind and body .

This time was the time she was taking to heal from everything she had been through in the past months , she didn't heal properly because of her relationship , she felt like it was disrespectful for her to be crying over ace and shutting the world out so she started therapy but it didn't help at all so she started to brush everything under the rug and pretend it was working .

Now , we'll now was her time to take a break from everybody and just breathe and let her emotions sort themselves out .

Two hours forward ..

Lani was finally out the shower she was in there longer than she intended but she didn't care , she didn't have an outfit picked out so she was definitely gone be late finding something to wear and she was learning how to do her own hair since she planned on opening up a shop or two .

She grabbed her phone from the charger seeing she had missed 10 calls ..

2 from Leila , 2 from Jamila , 1 from her dad , 2 from Jass and 3 from De .

She sighed rolling her eyes before calling De back first .

He didn't pick up the phone which only made her irritated nothing she hated more than playing phone tag , she never understood why somebody call her then when she call back they don't answer .

She was getting ready to click Leila name when she heard banging on her door .

Lani slid out of her towel and put her rob on .

She walked down the stairs slowly , whoever was knocking was still knocking and it was irritating her even more .
