Kara pov The engagement party (2 hours later)
After checking with Iris to make sure everything was ok and set up.
When I went over to Mon-el and saw him kissing on the woman he cheated on me with.
I walk over to them and tapped his shoulder.
"Hey Kara. What's up?" He said as the girl walked away.
"I'm done." I said. He must have thought I meant with the party because he said, "Okay. Let's go home."
I shook my head at him. "No. I mean I'm done with you."
I took the engagement ring off, looked around to see if anyone was watching us and crushed it. I then hand it back to him
"Hope it can fit on the girl you were cheating on me." I said as I walked away.
Before I could completely leave, he grabbed my arm.
I gave him a look as I snatches my arm away that made him instantly regret grabbing me.
He shook off the look and said, " You have nowhere to go, Kara. We are on Central City and the last time I checked you don't know anyone here."
I laugh dryly at him and said, "Hey dumbass did you forget we are at my best friend's engagement party. Also I have a car, while you don't. So clearly you don't really know me, and the fact that you thought that. I didn't know you were cheating is so funny."
I turned around to walk away, "Have a good time with that slut."
I walked outside to my car.

I put my keys in the ignition and began my journey back home.
