Chapter 10: Don't Sleep With Strangers

Have I told you sometimes for a period of time when waking up I forget things from right before I went to bed? Well, I woke up the next morning all groggy from a rough nights sleep. My left leg was hanging off my bed in a way if I moved ever so slightly the wrong way it will make me fall off my bed. I slowly lifted my leg up when suddenly someone stirred in my bed.

Wait...

Someone stirred in my bed? Who the hell is in my bed? I thought as I squirmed away. Plop! Next thing I know I am laying on the ground "Uggh" I groaned. I could hear someone chuckling into a pillow.... and it sounded like a guy. Why is there a guy in my bed!?!? I sprung up screaming at this unknown guy pointing an accusing finger at them "Who the hell are you?" I screamed "Get out of my bed!" I jumped on my bed and tried to throw a punch at the mysterious guy but a large hand stopped my swing. By now my snarly brown hair has covered my face causing me to not see anything but hair so I trew another punch blindly with my free hand. Sadly my hand got stopped... again.

"What the he-" I started to yell but suddenly one of my hands were free. But there is a catch, the large muscular hand that was holding my small hand back was now covering my mouth. "HYOUH FHUHER GHET HYOUR HAND OFFH MEH!" I tried to yell through his hand but my voice was mufled by it. Next thing I know I am being pushed of of the bed and pinned to the wall by this guy. 

"Stop struggling Jess" A familiar voice said.

Suddenly that soothing low voice I know so well caused me to stop squirming. Kaidan. I totally forgot that he stayed the night "Thank you" He said as he removed his hand from my mouth and slowly brushed my hair away from my eyes.

I looked into his sapphire eyes and put on an awkward smile "Good morning?" I nervously asked.

Kaidan was silent for a couple seconds keeping his tight grip on both my wrists against the wall. He was so close to me, our bodies were touching each other, I could feel every breath he took as it moved my hair. Finally Kaidan spoke up "You have beautiful eyes Jess" 

What? I have beautiful eyes? I thought Okay Jessica, just pretend you didn't hear that and change the subject. Suddenly Kaidan chuckled "You look beautiful when you are blushing" Get it together Jessica! Really? You had to blush? Quick! Change the subject!

"No good morning?" I asked as Kaidan loosened his grip "Sorry I attacked you" I smiled to him

Kaidan started to smile again showing his pearly whites "You have a nice swing" He giggled "Too bad I have these guns" He removed his hands from my wrists letting them fall as he flexed showing off his "guns"

I started to laugh reaching down to the floor to pick up his shirt that he must have took off in the middle of the night and tossed it to him "Alright Mr Muscle Man, put this on, I am hungry"

Kaidan quickly threw on his shirt, almost too quick! I barely got to see his tan stomach with his perfect abs, someone could watch their clothes on them. "Lets go eat some delicious eggs" He said wrapping his arm over my shoulder.

I looked up to him smiling "Does that mean I am not cooking?"

"Exactly" Kaidan said leaving the room.

I leave the room but then I heard a phone vibrate, thinking it was mine I tried to search for the phone. After digging through the mess I made in the blankets I found the phone, but it wasn't mine. It was Kaidans and the screen showed the text and who it was from...

Good Morning Handsome, we should totally hang out today like you said! Does the Wisconsin basketball game sound good?

You would never know who that was from. Fucking Anna. I closed my eyes and pinched my nose to let the anger out. Still pinching my nose I put on my best smile and finally released my nose from capture "You better be cooking my chef" I shouted from my room as I ran out of it.

After we ate and changed we sat in my living room with my mom and brother. I saw Kaidan texting and chuckling as he texted "Who you texting?" I asked with a smile on my face "Your girlfriend?" I laughed knowing he didn't have one.

Kaidan looked at me sticking out his tongue. "Oh nobody"

"Riiiight" I laughed as my phone buzzed

Hey girl! You doing anything today?

Oh David, now I was the one laughing "Who you texting?" Kaidan asked in a high pitched voice mimicking mine "Your boyfriend?" 

"You're an ass" I said as I threw a couch pillow at him and I turned back to my phone

Sure! What exciting things am I going to do with your beautiful Impala... Oh and you :)

I was thinking we should watch a movie at my house

Oh really? This isn't your plot to get me into bed is it? :P

I would never do that to such a sweet girl like you :) Does 4 o'clock sound good?

Yes sir!

Alright! I'll be picking you up at that time! See you then!

Bye!

"So what are your plans for today Kaidan?" I asked

"Well it looks like I am going to a college basketball game" He said smiling.

That bitch Anna " So you and your buddies are going on a romantic stroll in a garden?" I said messing with him when I was suddenly struck in the head with the pillow I threw at him "Oh I know you love me" I said smiling

Kaidan shook his head laughing as he turned so red from blushing he looked like a tomato.

As the day went by Kaidan left around 1 to get ready for the game and I went up to my room around 3 to get ready to go to Davids.

I threw on some nice jeans so I didn't look like a complete slob and I put on my Game of Thrones shirt. I walked over to my mirror to look at my untouched face, should I put on make up or no? No. What I did do though was I threw my wavy hair up in a nice ponytail. Next thing I know my phone buzzed from David.

Hey I'm on my way, but you should pack some extra clothes! Only if you want to stay the night at my house :P

I didn't reply because I needed to get ready! I grabbed a Green Bay Packers drawstring backpack (Thats right I am a girl who loves football and since I live in Wisconsin I bleed green and gold) I stuffed the backpack with my essentials, some extra clothes, and my pajamas.

Right when I stuffed my fuzzy Batman pajama pants in the bag I heard my sister call from down stairs "Jess! That hot guy from yesterday is here!" Oh Cassie I thought

I sprinted downstairs to give my family hugs and when I reached Cassie I wispered to her "Stop scaring away my friends" For that I got a pinch from her and let me tell you, those things hurt.

After our hug Cassie let me step outside and shut the door on us. As we walked to Davids car he looked to me "So do I get a hug too?" He asked joking.

David quickly ran to the passenger door and opened it for me "No hugs yet" I said smiling and sat down "Thank you for opening the door" I said smiling.

"Anything for you" He said getting into the drivers seat.

Well I actually had more in this draft but since I kind of abandoned Wattpad over my busy school year I thought I'd at least give my fellow readers SOMETHING to read haha So sorry for being gone so long but I'm back!! Read on my friends. :) I should be updating more often now!
