I was headed into work for the first time in a month as I walked through the doors of the Diner at 5:30 am I hear banging and clanging in the kitchen so I walk to it pushing the swing doors open and walk in looking around the kitchen I don't see Uncle so I continue in more I hear the banging again it sounds like it was coming from the storage room so walking to it I turn the knob it doesn't open

" Uncle " I say
" Alexis "
" Are you locked in the storage room "
" Yeah it locked for some reason and I can't get out "
" Alright let me text Luke he can get you out unless you know where the key is " I say to him through the closed door
"Try the second drawer in the office if not text Luke " He says

Heading to the office I open the drawer and find four keys so I go back to the door

" I have four keys so I will try them "

" Alright I'll be here "

I let out a small laugh

First key goes in but doesn't turn
Second key won't fit in the keyhole
Third key is too small
Fourth key goes in and it turns the lock

Then I turn the knob but the door doesn't budge

Hitting it with my shoulder hard it moves and finally opens

Uncle Is standing there with a smile on his face

" Thank you Alexis now lets get this day going and I will look into replacing this lock "

The rest of the morning went fine but when it came time for me to leave , Uncle didn't have enough waitress for tonight so I said I would go home rest for a few hours then be back at 5 to work til close

At 4:30 I left the house and headed back to the Diner , I left a note on the fridge about where I was going and that dinner for tonight was ready it just needed to be cooked I made up Lasagna for dinner

When I turned off the car I texted Owen to tell him that I was working an extra shift at the diner and they could find dinner in the fridge
Not waiting for a response I got out and put the phone in my back pocket and headed in

It was a long and busty shift it's now 9:45 and I'm cleaning up the last table to leave putting the dishes in the bin to take back to the kitchen after I got everything I went to the kitchen and put the dishes in the sink to rinse off then load the dishwasher
But before I could the bell rang above the door in the diner so I headed back out to see who it was

When I rounded the corner my eyes landed on two guys both looking very shady so I stepped back into the kitchen
"Uncle I don't like the looks of the guys in the diner "
He drops his towel and heads over to me
"Go on out I'll be right behind you "

I go back out to the counter

Both of the guys look at me and give me a creepy grin

" We close in 13 minutes and we have limited food to cook now but your more than welcome to eat " I say trying to sound not so scared

" Oh there is only one thing on the menu we want" Creep Number 1 said

Pulling out my note pad and pen out of my apron

"And that is " I questioned

Both were knocked out of my hands and I was pulled over the counter by my wrist

Screaming as I went across the counter I was tossed on to the floor both stalked over to me

" Now Tell us where the packages are We know you know where they are " Creep Number 2 growls out as he reaches for me grabbing my hair pulling it hard
