Saved The Day

Lauren's POV

This whole tragic event took all afternoon. It's night time and the roads are block, ambulances are helping injured people, the firefighters clearing the roads a little. I walk to the woman that I saver earlier as her wound is getting patched up. The paramedic sees me and leaves after giving me a small smile.

"Are you ok?" I asked.

"Perfect thanks to you, your a real hero," She smiles at me.

"Just doing my job Miss."

She looks at me and unexpectedly wraps her arms around my neck pulling me into a hug.

"Thank you so much," She whispers.

I hug her back tightly.

"I'm glad I saved you," I whisper, "Your too of a beautiful woman to die so soon."

The woman looks at me and smiles.

"Can I know who you are?"

"A hero never reveals their true identity," I whisper.

Her face inches closer to mine.

"Please," She whispers.

"I'm sorry," I whisper standing up.

She frowns and I do too.

"Hopefully I'll see you again my lady," I said.

"Hopefully my hero," She smiles.

I blow her a kiss and disappear into the darkness. I get to my car and see someone behind me.

"I saw you with the secretary," Normani says.

"Mani oh my god you scared me," I whisper.

"Sorry," She whispers.

"It's ok," I said taking off my suit and putting my normal clothes on.

I put my suit back in my car and turn to Normani.

"What happened with the secretary?" She asks with a smirk.

"Nothing, why?" I asked trying to dodge her question, "Come on let's get out of here before someone spots us."

"Stop trying to change the subject Lauren I know you."

"Mani I'm dead serious people saw me, well Wonder Woman disappear here," I whisper.

"Ok fine let's get in the car and park out of this alley way," Normani says.

"What are you trying to do Mani?"

"Hook you up with the secretary," She says with a smirk when we get in the car.

I turn it on and slowly drive out of the alley way. I park on the curb and we get out.

"Come on," She says.

We walk to the scene to find the boss and the secretary talking.

"Mr. Bazzi," Normani calls.

"Ms. Kordei, how are you feeling?" The male says.

"A little traumatized but I'll pull through."

"And who may this be?!"

"Lauren Jauregui," I smile shaking his hand.

"Andrew Bazzi," He says, "What brings you to our horrible tragedy?"

"Well seeing if my buddy in crime here is ok," I smile patting Normani's shoulder.

"Miss," Normani calls.

The secretary looks up smiling shyly. I walk over to her and smile.

"Lauren-"

"Jauregui yes I heard Ms. Jauregui," The secretary smiles.

"And you may be?"

"Camila Cabello," She says.

"Nice to meet you Ms. Cabello!"

"Camila you seem a bit off," Andrew says.

"Well something is on my mind."

"Care to share?" Normani asks politely.

She looks at me with a smirk and I give her a death glare.

"Well..."
