Its been about a couple of days since the accident during the field trip and everyone was in class with Aizawa covered in bandages but surprisingly he still teaching as he soon started to announce the U.A. sports festival and that everyone will be participating in the event. As for Y/n, he just sighed because he got the second costume that Momo made destroyed from fighting those two villians from the field trip. But when the school bell rang everyone heads to lunch and sat down to talk about the festival except for Y/n as he was drawing and writing a upgrade design for his web shooters until he heard some people placed down their trays on the table he was sitting at only for him to look up to see Momo, Izuka, Uraka, and Iida as Momo sits down next to Y/n and they looked at what he was drawing
Iida: "Are those supposed to be an upgrade for something?"
Y/n: "Yeah I was thinking about making a new type of webbing some like I don't know Impact webbing or Seismic Blast."
Y/n said this as he just continued to write in his note book but also thinking about the sports festival as all he can hear was people talking about the festival but also asking questions about what hero was Y/n related to...
During The Weekend
Y/n was walking home by himself as he walked to the beach to look at the sunset as he can see Izuka already training by doing laps around the beach which he was amazed that Izuka wasn't scared about the festival knowing it's going to be hard. But Y/n soon then began to think about the old tv interviews in New York City talking about the vigilante and all the comments about them soon gave him the confidence to train for the sports festival as well it felt like the week went by so quickly and everyone was at UA for the festival.
Y/n: "Alright I'm all set for the festival."
Y/n said as he got his shoes on, then grabbed his gloves and put them on
Felicia: "Did you pack your web shooters?"
Y/n nodded and pulled down his sleeve to show the web shooters on his wrist as he gets up and opened the door before headed out as Felicia watched her son walk out with a smile on her face being so proud of her own son. It took a while but Y/n had successfully reached the arena where he was supposed to be at as he gets ready for the festival by putting on his UA gym clothing. But to soon hear a commotion going on between Izuka and Shota before she soon left the room to head outside then everyone was ready for the first event of the sports festival.
Everyone was outside waiting for the buzzer after Midnight had let Bakugo the UA representative for being first in the UA Entrance exams to speak before she had explained everything that was gonna be going in during the race. They can just hear the excitement from all the people watching them as the buzzer went off and everyone started running as everyone was pushing shoving and struggling to get out. But as Y/n felt like he was being crushed he shoots two webs on the ceiling and flung hinself to the ceiling and started to crawl his way out of the hallway as fast as possible before he felt a cold shiver coming down his spine as he look back to see ice forming as he got up and started running quickly on the ceiling to get out before the ice almost froze everyone in place as Y/n sees Shota in 1st so he steps up his game and used the poles to sling shot himself as he watched Mineta who was about to get her before he got punched in the face by a robot.
Everyone was looking at the robots as Y/n shoots a web at the robots and used them as a way to swing past them but to dodged them quickly before he could get his when Shota froze the robot in layers of thin ice as she ran past them while Y/n got through as well while looking back at the other's before he lands on the ground and started running while reloading the web shooters as they all made it to the pits as it was easy for Y/n thanks to his Stick Em Powers. But once he arrived at the last section he stop having his spider sense react to the landmine's in the ground as everyone slowly walks and Izuka tries to do something Y/n looked around him as he shoots two webs and began to slowly pull on them as it was making the poles bend as he was pulling the webbing back as the teachers watched him
Yamada: "Hey Aizawa whats Y/n doing?"
Aizawa: "It looks like he's using the poles as a way to make a slingshot with his webbing, But I'm not sure how long those poles can handle before they break."
Y/n continues to pull on the webbing before Izuka used the mines to shoot herselft towards Shota and Bakugo when Y/n did the same as he lands right where they are before he starts running quickly but to see Izuka take first place and win the first match thus leaving Y/n in second, Shota in third and leaving Bakugo in fourth place. Y/n was panting being tired from the whole race as he checked his web shooters seeing that he was almost empty on web fluid but he smiled knowing he made it this far as he soon looks up to see Spider-Man looking at him as he gave him a thumbs up telling him he did great and that just makes Y/n even more happier that he has a father who supports him..
