Purity [Wip]

=Chapter 4= =Outside=

The door was fully opened and a blast of cold air hit me in the face like I was getting punched. I slightly shivered as I entered a dark cold room. The floor beneath me creaked every step I took only making it hard for me to be quiet. I hear what sounds like shuffling and breathing. I was slightly panicked after hearing that so I quietly made it back to the door. 

I walked out of the room to scared to close the door. I sat down where I slept and calmed down. I shivered since the cold room door was still open so I looked for something to warm me up. I spotted Terrence's coat hanging loose on a chair so I go get it. Hopping onto the chair and getting the coat off the chair and wrapping it around me. I was feeling warmer, eventually getting tired after and falling asleep sitting up in all. 

I woke up to a sound of a door being opened near me, quickly opening my eyes I saw the cold room door open and Terrence walking out yawing. He reaches out for his coat which was wrapped around me and not hanging on the chair. I see him blindly inspecting the chair for his coat while he yawns. 

He stops and notices the chair wasn't holding onto his coat, then he spots me with it wrapped around me. "Cold?" he questions, and I nod as I unwrapped the coat around me and slide it towards him. "Yeah..I got to get a stove in here, sorry kiddo I'm used to the cold at night" he sighs. I yawned then slowly stood up. "Its alright..that coat helped me" I say rubbing my eyes. 

Terrence nods probably noticing that I can walk now. He puts his coat on and walks into a room. I watched him as he left but then I hear him shout my name to come with him. I walked towards the room he was in and see him waiting by a door. "Are we going somewhere?" I question slightly tilting my head. "Just for a little walk and also you need some fresh air" he chuckles. I walk to him then he opens the door. 

My eyes stung as a bright light invades the darkness of the room like a uninvited guest. I shield my eyes from the light then slowly lowered my arms to try and see what what lays pas the door. "Don't be afraid now..go on" Terrence says pointing. I walked through the door and I start seeing and hearing things I haven't heard before. 

I saw green everywhere, a blue sky, a bright sun that kept the darkness away, critters flying in the sky or running on the soft green ground. I was amazed when I walked on the ground..the soft feeling was nice. "Where are we?" I say to Terrence amazed. "Well, outside on the green grass" he answers. "Wow.." I laugh a little. "Come on buddy, lets walk" he says as he walks past me. I follow him with a smile. I like the outside, I felt free.
