Patrycks POV
I walked down the red walled hall, giving a friendly smile to soldiers i walked passed.
I made my way to the job board, scanning down the names with my index finger to find my name and job for today.
"body guarding..?" I whispered to myself, I'd never been assigned that job before. I walked back in the opposite direction of the job board, and quickly making my way to Red Leaders office.
I knocked on the door, gulping down the bitter coffee aftertaste that was lingering in my saliva.
Red opened the door, giving a welcoming smile and stepping the side a bit to let me in.
"Patryck! come on in" He greeted me and again, I was quite surprised by his kind smile. I nod my head once and step into his office and he closes the dark brown wooden door, adjusting his royal blue jacket that went over his dark red turtleneck as he walked back over to his desk.
He sat back down in his black leather office chair and motioned me to come over, so I did as I was told.
"Stand here." He pointed just next to his desk.
"It makes me look cool" He joked, letting a small laugh escape his mouth, along with a little snort that caused me to laugh a bit too.
He was sweet, but was only really showing his nice side to me.
Me of all people.
I stood there next to Reds large desk that had papers among papers of different things on his desk. As I stood there, I glanced at Red.
He was writing and writing away but I didn't know what about, he was signing papers and papers and I couldn't help but think about that little snort.
I smiled a bit as I kept thinking, he also has nice hair, it looks incredibly soft, and the butterscotch colour it has to it was enough to make me smile even more.
Then I stop.
What in the world am I thinking? He's my boss and if I had feelings for him, what would other soldiers think if they found out?
The thought wiped the smile I had clean off my face.
Red groaned quietly as he stretched his arms up, his fingers interlocked.
"do you need anything sir?" I ask, thinking he might want a coffee or something.
"no thanks, and you can call me Tord." He tilted his head back to smile up at me.
I return the smile, and I felt my ears get warm.
"Alright, Tord. "
