Chapter 9

In the taxi I tried to sleep but I was too nervous. I just hope Nicole can forgive Waverly, since it wasn't her fault that they broke up. Plus, I hope she isn't going to shoot when I try to tell her everything. I am also kind of curious why Nicole was keeping her distance. It is nothing for Nicole to cheat so yeah. It was still an hour drive from the airport. I looked next to me and saw Waverly sleeping, she is always very tired after a plane ride. I tried to remember why I did this to them, but I couldn't find the right answer. I've always done things the way I wanted, but now I finally learned the consequences from full Wynonna mode, as everyone likes to call it. I just hope it isn't to late. I decided to text Nicole to see if she was up already.

Hey Nicole,

I'm in the taxi now, I think I am at your place in about 30 minutes.

She texted me back right away.

Hi Wanda,

I'm glad to hear that you landed safely in the States. Do you still need to eat your breakfast? Because I can run to the store and get some.

I woke Waverly up to see if she wanted breakfast. She nodded yes and then got back to sleep.

Hey Nicole,

Yes I would like some breakfast. But I turned vegan now, so if you could get me some vegan stuff. That would be awesome!

Aight, still 15 minutes to go. I am getting more nervous every minute. I really don't know how Nicole is going to react if she sees that it's us and not Wanda.

I most have zoned out a little bit, because I came back to reality when the cabdriver told us we reached our destination. It was a good looking house, well it looked more like a farm. It kind of reminded me of the Homestead, but then American. I think you know what I mean.
